Home Depot on Hanes Mall Blvd has the best staff that is always willing to help. They are friendly and you can always find someone quickly if you have questions.

I purchased a Frigidaire counter depth refrigerator which seems to be an excellent price, but locating salespeople to help can be challenging. The salesman (Diesel Dan) was very helpful once I got him, but salespeople are hard to locate.

I always enjoy going into this Home Depot store. They are always very helpful and go above and beyond to help their customers.

We just bought a John Deere mower with a bagger and we could not be happier with the customer service that we received while we were making our decision. Christina was amazing to work with so if anyone needs a great Customer Service Rep she is your go to girl.

The check out lady in the garden department was fabulous. I particularly liked her orange tip nails. She was friendly and a star customer service person.

Diesel Dan was a very informative and quick specialist to work with that has a great personality and obviously loves his job! That makes everything more fun!

I am handicap and walk with a walker. Maya came to me and asked if she could help and I asked for a handicap motorized cart. She actually went across the store and found one that needed to be charged and lifted it up and rolled it since she wouldn’t use up a little bit of battery it had left and pushed it over to an outlet. She didn’t have another associate, plugged it up for me while she went and retrieve The item I needed. She was extremely helpful and extremely friendly.

Have been looking for a reasonable price gas stove to replace the old one. Had great customer service to do so. Thanks for your help Diesel Dan

I was only in this store for about 30 min and had great interactions with the associates. They were all very kind and helpful.

I had trouble finding all the items I needed. At checkout, it took 20 minutes to get my military discount. My app showed I was registered, but the computer said not. This is the second time I had trouble checking out. The associate did not know how to override and FINALLLY a manager come over.

So my husband and I had just received an estimate for carpet from Home Depot's competition. We planned to get an estimate from a couple of places because we wanted the best value for the best price. We went to the Home Depot store on Hanes Mall Boulevard looking around and I found some nice carpet at a pretty good price. Certainly less than the other guys were charging. The salesman, John, came up to help us, but first he asked a few questions. After hearing me say we were buying for a rental, John looked at me and said, "Why would you want to spend that much money for carpet to go in a rental property?" I was shocked because I told the salesman at the other place the very same thing. He encouraged me to spend over $5000.00. John told me "...some people just want big numbers beside their names when it comes to working with customers. I want to make sure you get what you need without it costing you more than you need to pay." Did I feel like John cared about me and my purchasing needs? YES! Thanks for educating me on carpet purchases, John. Guess where I will go to buy carpet from now on!

Bought a new washer at the 3610 store. walked in picked out what we wanted .Diesel Dan made sure we were informed on everything , was a fun guy to work with as well.

On this trip we purchased a new electric leaf blower, and some scented pine cones. The pine cones rang up at different price than what was on the display. The Lady at the self checkout was very helpful at getting this fixed . Other than that it was a great experience. We shop here all the time .

I made a window replacement purchase this past summer. I chose “cream” color as it seemed to match my outside trim the best (townhouse). Original installation day installers realized the order shorted me a window (sent 6 instead of 7 ordered), the windows and wrap were two different colors, and one window frame had a crack. I realized at that point cream wasn’t the best color. I chose it, but on the 3” sample it was the best match. In actual windows, cream has a definite yellow tint. It is hard to choose colors from a small color sample. Anyway, reordered but had to stay with originally chosen color as they were made to order windows. Two months later installed windows. Wrapped in a lighter color this time. Wrap color doesn’t exactly match windows, so they still look two-tone. Had hoped once re-wrapped the yellow tint would be less noticeable but that has not been the result. The windows are a beautiful style, the HD employees are nice, the installers were super, but in the end I spent a lot of money and hate the windows because of the color. It was an expensive lesson learned, I am trying really hard to learn to love the windows, but it has been a really disappointing purchase. Of course I am not going to spend the money to replace these windows, so I am trying really hard to learn to love them. That said, at this point, I just feel very disappointed when I look at the windows.

Had to have a new refrigerator after my 7 yr old refrigerator conked out. Home Depot had the product, the price and the customer service (Diesel Dan) I was looking for!!!!

I enjoyed my shopping experience looking for certain flowers for fall. The clerk went beyond his duty to find what I was looking for and offered suggestions. I would highly recommend shopping at this store.

I had to drive awhile to get to this Home Depot and i was looking for several products Cause my Daughter s dogs had tore up sheetrock and molding in the house when i asked 4 different people for the things i needed in the different departments they were so very helpful and they knew what i needed and where to get each item This store is very good and has Great Employee s
