got a good price on flooring

Brad the plumber, simply knows everything about plumbing, and helps with a kind attitude. Lynda the cashier is quick, efficient while still asking about your project!

I drove father than my normal store to the store in Winston Salem on Hanes Mall rd. and Ramona in customer service went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. And everyone I spoke to was helpful and understanding. I may have to drive further in the future. Great service Thank you all at that store especially Ramona

This store is fantastic. If you need to talk with someone about carpet ask for Susan. In windows and doors ask for Leo! They were both so helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure ro work with.

Home Depot actually has employees with great customer service

I have always experienced great customer service at the Home Depot store.

Special ordered some flooring. 2 boxes were damaged and unusable. Wrecked my job timeframe. When returned only received store credit. Poor management! Poor quality control! Poor customer service!

Due to a water leak, we had to rebuild a new bathroom. I bought everything: marble floor and walls, toilet, sink, tub/shower. It is beautiful.

There are 2 home improvement stores within a few miles of our home that I frequent; I'm a huge DIYer always looking for various items, especially tools to help me perform all sorts of home improvements and repairs. Home Depot in comparison to the other is no contest on customer service in every area. I only shop elsewhere when Home Depot didn't have what I need; that's rare though.

Bought a car battery at a decent price....and the personnel were friendly and efficient.

This store is always very pleasant to shop in. Employees always nice, friendly and very helpful. I they don't have what I need they will order if possible.

I've made many many purchases here over the years. I regret none. From everyday items to large projects, the service has always been exceptional. I will not shop anywhere other than HD... And I'll choose this store over any in this area. We live closer to another store & still drive here, sometimes daily!

We went price shopping for an upright frost free freezer and went back to Home Depot to see if they would give us a price match. They did! The person who helped us, Katrina, was awesome and very knowledgeable and friendly.

I like the interaction. I receive when checking out that you don’t get with self checkout. Everyone is very friend. My experience while checking out was fabulous! Thank you Erleen

I bought a new mower and these people went and just printed out a book to give me and also only gave me the spare key. The employees didn’t know how to operate the mowers and ran my new mower into my trailer trying to load it up, I got off the mower to let my gate down and the employee just jumps on the mower and runs right into my trailer. I’m very unhappy about the amount of money and time I spent in this location. The manager was also rude and never listened to a word I said, she was more worried about taking to other employees than me.

Went to the other stores and could not get anyone to help. This Home Depot had many employees and they were all willing to help

Some confusion over discouts associated with new credit card but cashiers & customer service very friendly & helpful.

I went to find a new flooring and found exactly what I needed. Susan, the sales associate, went above and beyond to help me and explained everything so well. I so appreciate her helpfulness and kindness!!

This store had Weber Replacement Grilling Plates which I was unable to locate at any other store within a 30 mile radius.

Robert was really great with his service , can’t name the other workers but they were awesome it’s so hard to find those great customers service but this place has it!!!

Typical shopping experience these days, I’m afraid. Poorly trained employee charged me for 3 cuts (there were only 2 and those should have been free). I didn’t see this until I got my email receipt, as I couldn’t see the screen as she was scanning items. It was not worth going back for, but I will choose a different store in the future. It was nearly impossible to access the shelves due to all the packed flatbeds/lumber carts lining the aisles. Not a pleasant shopping experience

Ramona was great! She gave me a bottle of water. I was dehydrated.

I am new to area and every Home Depot is different. I got help quickly and employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking. Lines not long.
