We went this past weekend looking for a new fridge. Diesel Dan came up while we were looking to see if we had any questions. He answered all of our questions and never got frustrated if we asked too many or asked to see something else. He helped us find the perfect fridge for us! Will definitely ask for him again the next time we need a new appliance.

The cashier at Home Depot was very helpful - made the experience a good one.

I went in after viewing the online inventory to find my item not in its location..... That's a bummer but I decided to ask Jason Carlino in customer service if he could help. Not only did he locate the item he also went above and beyond with his attitude and ability to treat me like a person not just blow me off like alot of other store! Great overall experience with everyone in the store and highly recommend store 3610 be recognized for there service!! Jason Carlos and Alice along with the other I didnt even get the names of are the kind of teams others strive to be. So keep it up!

I needed sone quick stuff for a side project and it’s hard to find help in this place but an associate name Carlos help me, bad thing is that he was a cashier I had to go to get someone from a register to just get me something with a ladder, he was nice but I feel like they should have more people

My home renovation project was a great experience because of Home Depot!

I was able to find a hardwood floor color that no other store had in stock.

The customer service was amazing.

Ordered wrong measurement on vertical blinds and the customer service department was excellent, especially Susan in floors. She recommended a helpful solution. Grateful and thankful for Susan with her expertise.

Refused service when attempting to purchase 1 can of spray paint. Being 60 years old I don’t expect to be carded let alone being refused a sale for a product that is limited for those 18 and under.

Every time we shop there the employees go out of their way to help you! We were buying a tree that was very dry, an employee poured her personal water bottle into the tree bucket to moisten the soil! Then carried it to a hose and watered it as well. It doesn't matter which department they work in, they will overlap to help a customer. n

I drove 3 hours round trip to find out the product I ordered had been substituted for another that was available at my home store. I called twice to verify the product was available and ordered it on the second call. The store was clean and the associates were friendly but I was not happy.

I recently had to return some product that I did not use. The service personnel were so helpful and friendly. They made the entire experience easy, fun and made me want to write a review to let others know how much I appreciated their extra efforts.

For the the third time, we've ordered in-stock products from Home Depot to be delivered and they've never made it. There was no communication to let us know that it would not be delivered, and no concern shown for the setbacks this would cause.

I went in for new appliances and a window A/C unit. Did not have to wait for help and I was smiling through my whole time there. Wayne, Ryan, and Jason were so helpful and knowledgeable. I will post another review once I receive my appliances.
