I'm generally happy with the service and selection at Home Depot 1070 West Hills. The store is generally well kept and orderly and well stocked. There are usually plenty of people on duty but they are not always very well focused on customer service and is is rare for anyone ever asking me in that store if I needed any help. You usually have to find an employee that has previously been trapped or cornered by another customer and then stand behind that customer while you "mad dog" the employees forcing them to engage before making their escape. You'll never hear them say something like, "I'll be right with you." Employees engaging with each other (young people) in deep conversation, will often walk right by a customer who is looking at them hoping to get their attention. Like I said it is a training and maybe a supervision issue. ty

I love this Home Depot. It's not the closest one to me but I always come here. All the employees are happily helpful!

Employees are untrained, don't know where items are or even what some items are. They are constantly seen socializing with each other and have to be interrupted just to get help. No one EVER asks if you need help or if you are satisfied. Checkout is chaotic with people cutting ahead of others to run to nearest self-checkout. People watching the self-checkout are staring into space.

Great store, the best in the area. Knowledgeable and helpful staff who are much more available than a normal HD. I spend a lot of time here and rely on the great staff. Please don't start shopping at my store though, I don't want it to get too crowded.

Good store. Good products. Good, friendly staff. Easy parking. Dog friendly.

The store is in a safe area near other store I frequent. I go to other stores if I can. With the exception of one particularly helpful and knowledgable black gentleman in appliances the staff is surly and zombie-like. There is no sign of anyone there doing anything beyond the bare minimum needed to get a paycheck. Any customer interaction is met with blank stare and the feeling that they want to get away as soon as possible.

This store has plenty of parking. The associates are friendly and helpful. The garden center has a wide variety of plants and supplies. They carry almost everything! Very clean and organized store.

Store was well stocked with great selections , friendly, helpful employees in two areas. Cashier Employee had another employee assisted me to load products into my car . GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Almost all the things that are needed for a building can easily be found at The Home Depot With a good price and employees work intimately.

If you are looking for a clean, well lit, store with wide aisles, a home builders store that is well stocked plus a store with Sales Associates that know what they are doing then this is the place to shop! I have had great service everytime I have visited.

The appliance sales person was great. Walter offered assistance as soon as he finished assisting another customer. He was knowledgeable about the current holiday sale and gave great advise on how to assure i received a quality product.

Clean store, friendly and knowledgeable employees . Greatly stocked, usually always has what I’m looking for, weather a certain bolt or a special plant. I’ve been going to this store for over 15 years and continue to shop here even though I live in Ventura country.
