We bought a 500 pound gun safe from West Hills Home Depot. They sent a single individual on a semi to deliver and move the safe. The safe went flying off the back of the semi and someone could have been killed or severely injured. I would avoid major purchases with Home Depot (not to mention the war zone most Home Depot parking lots have become.)

I always find all the items for my gardening from seeds to irrigation system.

We came to West hills, Home Depot for a kitchen design and to purchase new kitchen cabinets. Liliane in the kitchen department helped us do just that. Her design was incredible and helped me to see the light at the end of a very long tunnel, we've been without a kitchen for quite a few month. She is knowledgeable, kind, creative and all around Absolutely so nice and wonderful. She had so many wonderful ideas and designed an absolutely beautiful kitchen for us. I highly recommend the Home Depot, In West Hills and Liliane if you are looking to design remodel and add cabinetry to your home.

I had an issue and Cedric is the best manager ever. This is why I not only come to this HD but continue to spend my money here.

He searched until we found what I was looking for and I got it! He did it with a warm smile and an extra pep in his step. Appreciated it and him.

This is the only store I go to and know I will see someone from the staff to help me.

I haven't been disappointed when looking for something I need and if I can't find it there's always someone that I can ask, and they usually walk me to the place it's at. Thant's customer service. Friendly people at self-checkout too.

I was having a bad day and dreaded coming to Home Depot as my interactions with associates have not been the greatest and I get overwhelmed with trying to find what I’m looking for. That all changed today - The associates I’ve encountered today were so friendly and helpful. Once I arrived at checkout, Rita absolutely made my day. She greeted me with a big smile and was so charismatic that it completely transformed my mood after the day I had been having. I laughed, I smiled, and I felt taken care of in our short interaction. Rita definitely went above and beyond and her hospitality is the best I’ve ever had shopping at Home Depot!! Thank you for turning my day around, Rita. Interactions like that can have a huge impact on a persons day and my mood has completely improved after chatting with you. Thank you. Many blessings to you!

I have been fortunate to have customer support from Kamran. He always takes the time to help and understand my needs. So knowledgeable and super friendly too.

Always look at the prices, quantity , cashiers don’t pay attention when they are scanning or entering the quantities, once the charge goes through, getting your money back takes many days , my dad age of 93 got 10 bag of manur and he got charged for 100

They were both kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! It makes you want to return to Home Depot, as they make you feel valued as a customer. I didn't have to seek them out, they welcomed me and offered their help and time! Amanda and John are exemplary employees who should be recognized for their outstanding customer service. When I have to go to Home Depot for items, this is the store I prefer. Even though I can't always find an employee to help, other DIY customers look non-threatening. I feel safe in the store, even though Fallbrook Mall parking lot as a whole can be dicey. Signs of the times, unfortunately. I believe the store is smaller than a couple of others in the area but it's sometimes still challenging to locate what I need. I also enjoy the garden shop when fresh plants have been delivered.

The staff (Alexa, Carlos, Silvia, and Savannah) were an amazing help with my shopping experience at this location. They took the time to hear my concern and were patient with me and helped me reach my project goal!

Rita the store manager and her staff helped me take so much stress off in my remodeling process as I lacked the knowledge and experience. They made me feel comfortable and safe to ask all the questions I had to make my experience amazing.

Great genuine customer service!

I bought many plants over $3,000 last year and most plants are healthy and grow well but some of them died. When I returning them the staff are very kind and never complaining about the returning , and I was able to buy more plants at your store than other local nursery

I had my best Home Depot experience here with several employees, which indicates they have an exceptional manager.

I’ve been coming to this Home Depot for the past seven years and never not once have I had a problem! The employees are so nice and accommodating. The customer service is great and I recommend getting checked out by Rita or Savannah both are extremely sweet and smart woman!

Savannah from the self checkout was super helpful and overall so sweet! I asked her some questions she explain that she might not know but she still tried her best to help me out, which i found super appreciated!!
