For the first time in years, I actually felt like a valued customer. For the first time, the employees weren't all chatting with each other or on their cell phones. They were actually focused on the customers and offered help throughout the store! FINALLY!

Love this Home Depot because they always have everything I need and the staff is particularly friendly. And especially .......there is ALWAYS parking!

Store was clean staff very help full. They will not only show or tell you where an item is but also take you to it.

Store in diraray, no carts and disorganized, to top it off Karla the cashier spews love to co workers and slurs to clients

Well stocked, great knowledgeable staff ( our melamine tiles required repair and the staff member went out of her way to advise and actually stopped us buying the wrong product). We shop at the West Hills stor3 on a very regular basis.

Excellent Home Dept and great employees. Fernando and Martin helped me with my Weber Grill purchase and both went above and beyond to make sure my experience went well. Thank you both.

Out of all the Home Depot's in the San Fernando Valley I can honestly say that the West Hills Home Depot is one of my favorite stores to come and purchase all my companies materials from. It is very clean and always has the items that I need in stock even during the pandemic. Which is awesome. Team Home Depot all the way.

Great Staff and customer service

This store is by far the best in the valley! Everybody is happy to work here and they make you feel welcomed. You will not get the 'zoned-out' associate that cannot get rid of you soon enough so he can get back to his phone. Professional, sharp & patient people in every department.

I was able to easily find what I was looking for thanks to an employee named Charles. I would have been looking forever had he not come and asked if I needed help. He was very helpful finding the specific lights I wanted and was able to answer all my questions. Really appreciate how friendly and patient he was. The store overall is really clean and I will be coming back very soon for future purchases.

I just made a purchase for a chest freezer with my family and the store employee who took my call and helped me from beginning to end with my purchase was the best!!! Because of her my whole experience was the best and can’t thank her enough!!! I wish I could remember her name but she was a blonde lady with glasses and helped me in the appliances section...

I prefer this Home Depot specifically to all other stores. Their customer service is always the best. Lillianne in the Kitchen/Home appliances area was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the product and made my large purchase very easy. I will definitely recommend friends to visit her for their kitchen design and home appliance needs.
