For all kinds of DIY projects to go-to place, the materials are always in stock and expert service that I count on. Home Depot is my Fav store.

My dad owned a construction business for most of his life at least 50 years or more, and he worked until he was 75 years old and an injury made him retire. But all of my life, this is the store he came to for everything and my sister and I always went with him...and as long as I can remember, none of us have ever had any issues and always left satisfied.

West Hills location had exactly what I had in mind when it came to my Christmas decorations. Great friendly staff. Wonderful customer service. Definitely will be shopping here again.

Customer Service was OUTSTANDING!

I came in to buy soil and there was no garden associates to help me out but the cashier Savannah was extremely nice and Very helpful, she gave me some recommendations that her family uses and overall just helped me out a lot!

I recently had to buy a new refrigerator unexpectantly. I have had some large expensive recently so this was going to hurt. But Brad my sales consultant was able to get me a great discount with the price compares and save the day for me. Thank you

My roommates and I went to this location to find odds and ends for our apartment and were initially overwhelmed by how large the store was. We were approached and helped by Rita who answered all of our questions and showed us exactly what we would need. Such a gem! If you come to this location look for Rita! Her smile can brighten anyone’s day and her knowledge is vast.

I had trouble with the online process so I came directly into the store. The process was fast and actually fun. I was treated with great respect. Thank you.

I went in to purchase some wood and hardware and the cashier Nicolas didn’t know what to do. He made me go wander around the store trying to take photos of the products with their barcodes 2 to 3 times. He was somewhat rude during the whole interaction. He then went and helped other people in line behind me and made me stand there for 10 minutes

The West Hills Home Depot store is my go to location for home improvement/fixes needs. Its convenient to my house and near the other vendors that I shop with. Lots of parking and well stocked.

The parking area and spaces is always filled with trash, debris, bags, cups, etc. Why is that? Same with the store on Variel Street. The parking lot could use power wash at least once a quarter.

We bought most of the material at this store to build an ADU. The staff at this location are very friendly, helpful and hardworking. They go beyond their duty to find out material, various current promotions and the business deals this store offer. When I visit this store I know that my trip is going to be successful.

Got some cabinet hardware. Few people on the floor and only 2 (fri n’élude) cashiers, one credit card terminal not working properly!

My kitchen remodel design process went very well. Lilianne was very professional and proficient. She answered all my questions and concerns and was a joy to work with.

Everyone at this store is Awesome!

I love this store and use it daily. It's like my second garage for parts and tools I need for jobs and projects of my own.

I bought a Milwaukee knifes so happy that i did i can get my work done so much better now

Employees walk around the store but don’t greet customers and we had to walk to the employee for help. This Home Depot also did not carry certain stock that other Home Depot carry.

I needed a set of verticals cut down into short sections for a kitchen window. There was no one working anywhere near that department (close to closing time). I found several HD workers resetting stock in a different department several aisles over. One immediatley offered to help and came over to the window treatement dept to cut the verticals. The machine had a "broken" sign taped to it, but apparently only the rail cutter was b/o (per the gentleman helping me), and the slat cutter was ok. Some workers would have used the excuse of a "broken" machine to blow-off customers, but this gentleman took care of business, pleasantly and professionally. Much thanks to "Joseph" for helping out. Pleasure to do business here. Also, this store is typically neater than most and I have found the checkout staff to also be a bit more pleasant than at some other locations.

Employees do not wear masks in a way that covers both their mouth and nose. This is a majority of employees that are not at the cash registers. Cash register employees wear masks properly. Good thing it's a big store where you can keep lots of distance from people.

Kyle in the paint dept. was outstanding. He was able to match an old paint & prepared it in just a few minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable & friendly. Not to mention, the paint was half the price of the original paint, which I had purchased at sherwin williams (& the employees there were rude & not helpful at all).

The store was clean and products were easy to find. The associates at the service were friendly and seemed to be busting out the line very quickly.

Attention, Any supervisor with HOME DEPOT. My name is Jarrod Taylor and I work as both a Mortgage broker & high school teacher in the woodland hills area. I am writing this letter as a personal Thank You to the hard work and dedication shown to me by the staff at Home Depot, on all of my transactions. Most notably however, I wish to extend my personal gratitude and appreciation for your Incredible representative, Gary who dilligently worked to solve my issue at the Home depot located on victory & Fallbrook. Gary provider me with excellent customer service! His extensive knowledge and experience has provided me with guidance in a difficult situation as well as providing me with "peace of mind" with his Patience and understanding. Gary literally went above and beyond to ensure my needs were handled with "silver glove service". Let me be perfectly clear, Gary is a credit to Home Depot and without his help & guidance, I would have been lost in many circumstances. If you can see inventory for the exact item you want online, they probably have it. However it is helpful to get the store item SKU from the item page (which is needed to search the overstock). Juan Carlos is especially competent in locating and bringing down items from the overhead. This store in general is cleaner than others.

For the first time in 10 years I found exactly what I was looking for in plentiful supply. The staff was on the ball and personable. Great improvement in customer service.
