There are quite a number of Home Depot stores in the area. But if you want great friendly service, stop by to this location. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Rita, Front Manager, is a gem. If you need assistance and are having a hard time resolving it, see her for a great experience.

The West Hills Home Depot has excellent associates who are very knowledgeable and helpful who make the shopping experience that much better.

This is a good store with friendly and helpful employees. The store is clean and I'm not concerned for my safety regarding COVID-19. The only issue I have is that they should have a call box by the power saw to help cut wood.

I go here because the people are great!! Larry in electric, Butch in plumbing, and Rita at the registers. These are just a few of the great people who work here. They are like family to me.

The self checkout is not the way to go because instead of just rescanning they go through each item and I left without three items I paid for due to being humiliated! I have no reason not to pay for my items and have no history of theft but was treated like a criminal. I take responsibility for believing the scanner was working . Just cancel and rescan!

I go to 3 or 4 home depots often, west hills store is the nicest, friendly employees , very nice cashiers, the only issue is sometimes they don't have the inventory other Home Depots have, but overall very satisfied.

And I had to purchase several items for my home and every single employee there that I asked to help me went way over and above to help me find what I needed. They were incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate.

I live in Oregon and during the mandatory stay-at-home guidelines, I wanted to send my daughter and her family a new bar-b-q as a birthday present. The associates at the West Hills store were very helpful to make this happen. The bar-b-q was in stock and a delivery was scheduled for the next day!! This purchase couldn’t have gone any easier! So efficient and pleasant to work with. Thank you for making this gift possible! This family of 6 loves this bar-b-q and is used almost daily! I would recommend this store because of the great associates working here. They do care!

We always shop here and we love how clean it is.

For the most part - store is clean - even the parking lot! Employees are friendly, helpful but some need to know more about their dept. If you need kitchen/ bath design information- the Design consultants are all very good *( especially “Debbie”)

Manager was not paying attention and crushed my finger. Wouldn't fill out an incident report.
