Store was clean and well organized. Employees are super friendly.

Not only did I find all the items to complete my DIY project, but I appreciated the help in finding the items especially when the employee not only told me where to find what I was looking for, but actually took me to the location and than asked if there was anything else he could help me find. This all made for a positive experience.

Excellent home improvement store! Has people who can answer questions regarding projects or large purchases, such as snowblowers, appliances, carpeting, tile, paint, plumbing, etc. Well, just about anything! I usually don 't have to go and find a store associate to ask questions and if that person doesn't have an answer, there is usually someone they call who can answer.

If looking for tools find Denise in this department, she is outstanding!

Excellent service from Kit and Harv

Hector assisted me in finding the product I was looking for and helped me load onto my cart. Danielle very cheerfully and politely checked me out. Mason without complaint, efficiently loaded my purchase onto my truck. Such dedicated, knowledgeable and professional employees are a major reason I return to The Home Depot for all my home projects. Price always isn't the reason (although The Home Depot is highly competitively priced) to frequent a particular store, the cleanliness, well lite facility, the availability of the product you want, knowing you are buying a brand name (not some questionable knockoff), and as stated above, a professional staff you can rely on being there to assist you; these are the main reasons I rely on The Home Depot!

Very poor experience at the self check out. Employee (male) was not willing to help and made me scan the bar code of 60 screws 60 times and was not pleasant. Considering the store was very quiet, unsure why someone would treat a customer this way.

The staff at the West bend Home Depot are extremely helpful. Jim in Electrical, Jon in Plumbing have been extremely helpful on multiple visits when I needed some help.

The store is very neat and clean. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. You do not have to wait long for help. The products are easy to find. Online will even tell you what isle or row in the store you can find your product.

I'm new in the area and I really like this home depot. Harv in the appliance department is very helpful . He will approach you not run from you.

The store has a wide variety of everything you need for your home. Employees are always helpful too.

Clean store, easy to navigate, masks aren’t required and most importantly the people are so friendly and kind!

This store is consistently clean, and employees are always present and helpfull. On the very rare occasion I've had a problem with appliances, or a delivery, they bend over backwards, to accommodate. Inventory is generally "in-stock", and online ordering is a breeze !!

Appliance department associates are well informed and ensure you are making the right decisions for you and your family. We were assisted by Rhodes today while replacing our electric range that had safety issues. Due to his patience, showing us side by side comparisons of the models that were available, we made an informed decision that we feel comfortable with. Thanks Rhodes!

Jim was super helpful helping me find some grow lights for my seedlings. He has always been attentive and knowledgeable when asked questions about products or just needing help in the store in general. Been shopping here since we bought a house last year and Jim has been so kind and helpful along the way! Will be back. Thank you!
