Was impressed with the people in the store. They knew their stuff and were very helpful.

we are currently half way through remodeling our first home purchased 2 years ago. We have made MANY trips to this location for supplies. Not just helping us find what we need but giving us tips and advice on so many different projects. My husbands skills have grown tremendously from the knowledge the staff has shared with him! As a former customer service manager I have to say staff at this store is amazing! All associates we have encountered have been more than helpful! We are always greeted, assistance is top notch, and cashiers are always smiley, friendly and efficient! Thank you for all of your hard work! IT SHOWS!

Main aisle congested with merchandise. There was only enough room to walk single file which made it inconvenient for oncoming customers. Three team members standing and chatting, not working. The cashier was very pleasant, a good employee.

I went paint shopping and Jeanne was so helpful. I painted my entire house with behr paint from home depot.

We are very happy with our new LG washer. Harv K was excellent at getting us the exact washer we needed and at a great price. Love shopping HD.

As a home owner I always need something for my house. West bend Home Depot always has what I need and someone there to answer questions.

I recently purchased a gas range from Home Depot in West Bend. It's not something we look for everyday and shopped around. We always end up at Home Depot (dishwasher, refrigerator, above range microwave). It's the people that bring us back. Yes, the merchandise is always available and the prices are great, but when you have sales reps that care about the customer, there is no high pressure sales pitch, "stalking" as you shop, genuine friendliness and concern, and knowledge about the products offered. It's rare and incredibly appreciated

Katie, the associate in paint, helped me to pick a bathroom color, she is very knowledgeable and has helped me in several departments at the West Bend Home Depot. Always very courteous and helpful!

Shopped here before and always liked my experiences, bought major appliances, etc. But my recent visit was so good I got a credit card account and moved Home Depot up as my "go to" place over other stores that have also treated me well.

The gentleman that helped us with the purchase of our new washer and dryer....was one of the best employees I have ever met. Knowledgeable, honest, friendly.....the guy really hit it out of the park. Home Depot should be honored to have him. His name was Jeff. If you need a washer and dryer, this is your guy. Hoping the delivery and set up go this smooth.

We were looking for a sink and countertop for our new home and Home Depot did a great job at delivering the products and services we needed. It was super easy to look at all the countertop options as they are laid out nicely in a section with an employee there to help answer any questions you have. It was easy to set up the appointment for the countertop. An employee explained the entire process to us and answered any questions we had. Ordering the sink was easy as well. An employee was able to again, explain the process and answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend going to the Home Depot to order your sink and countertop for your home if you are looking to update!

They went out of their way to get us what we needed. Store is exceptional.

Returned extra materials after a job. I had 5 separate returns. The entire process took 5 minutes, from 4:17 to 4:22. The cashier started rolling her eyes and shaking her head with customers waiting in line because returning my merchandise was too much for her to handle. I told her in the beginning I had separate orders and it would be a pain and tried to be understanding. She kept doing the eye rolls and shrugs while I was helping to grab the material, as she thought I couldn't see her making faces and getting an attitude. I've had this problem more than once at this specific location. They are very crabby. The amount of money I've spent at this store will be moving elsewhere.

Our family is proud to support our local Home Depot Store. The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and we find quality made products . I was happy to see recently, that our local Home Depot has lifted the restriction taht emplyees HAVE a CHOICE to wear or not wear a mask. I was also pleased that recently our local Home Depot store is prpoudly flying two American flags outside the main entrance. We've recently purchased an entire new kitchen from Home Depot. ( kraft Maid cabinets) We were very pleased with the quality and service with our purchase,

everything went great needed a wash machine one will be delivered in four days Happy
