The Garden Center is well kept, fully stocked and employees are very helpful. Especially Gavin!

Carly was the team member at the check-out. She was great, even talked me into buying bubble gum for my granddaughter (smile).

I couldn’t find what I needed but as soon as I talked with Shane she helped me out right away with a smile on her face. I felt that she cared in what does not seem a very caring world for old white men.

I love this store. The associates that helped us were very friendly and knowledgeable. I got the assistance I needed right away, without them being pushy or negative. Great service. The store was clean and organized. I was able to get everything I needed right away.

The Home Depot in West Bend makes shopping a positive experience rather then dreaded. We used to go to a competitive store first but now we don’t go there at all because this store has a greater variety of merchandise.

in an effort to redo my kitchen, I checked out both of our local chain stores. The first, I stood around waiting for anyone to help, give me some assistance, after 15 mins waiting and an associate came with papers waving in the air at me, explaining them as he kept walking, I walked out thinking never have I had such a horrible customer experience. So, I head over to Home Depot, not expecting any better, due to past experience in a different city. I have been literally blown away by the assistance I have received, and not once did I seek help. I was approached before I got that look on my face, lol. I was looking for a paint swatch, not to purchase, but to use as a comparison to the countertops. Paint Department went above, way above, to try to get me a sample similar to the color I was looking for. while looking at the countertop samples, I was approached by a man who offered assistance, and proceeded to help even when I informed I was not quite ready to make a purchase, just considering options. These two experiences were so vastly different! Home Depot secured my purchase for the counters, and all future business. I used to say Home Depot was where I went when I knew what I needed, and the other was where I went when I needed Associates who knew products. This experience forever changed that idea and will exclusively choose Home Depot going forward. When I mentioned this to the Associates, they all were very quick to speak up on the Store Manager at Home Depot, as did a frequent flyer neighbor of mine. Definitely recommend! note: it is important to schedule an appt for kitchen design as I did. Though life caused me to run late, my appt slot was held, and they will hold it the duration, because like me, life happens. I was there about 10 mins late, and we were completed with about 20 mins to spare in my allotted time. Unfortunately, if you go without an appt, you may have to wait. But for a consult on a big purchase, I was glad I was able to book an appt, go in, and confidently know someone would have time to discuss all my questions.

Everyone was very helpful every time I shop at Home Depot. Even if I end up not buying then are so nice.From window treatments, carpeting, appliances.etc.....

This was my second visit to the store for the appliance I ultimately purchased. I was assisted in this purchase by Jeffrey Jozwiak. He was very friendly and helpful. He explained the various parts of the purchase and processed my order quickly. As much as I liked browsing your store I was glad to get back outside and take off the dang face mask! In all sincerity, the process was quick and enjoyable. Thank you Jeff.

I had an even exchange to do and was dreading it (because at other places I've felt guilty or scrutinized for doing a return). But this was a surprisingly positive visit. I forgot my mask but the friendly lady at the front door gave me one without making me feel like a heel. The lady at the customer service desk (Kim) was very helpful. When I went to get a replacement, B.D. offered to help, but I didn't want to bother him so I declined, but when I couldn't load the box on the cart, he came to my rescue! He also went and got Luke to help me load it in my car. He was a friendly young man. I must say, I'm a very private person who doesn't care for much interaction when shopping, but each of my interactions with the four employees in the store were helpful and enjoyable. I really appreciated it. I'll come back.

Excellent sales people & selection of products!

Employees are ALWAYS extremely helpful and friendly! Store is organized and clearly marked to make shopping easier. Appreciate the wide aisles and the handicapped parking as my spouse is in a wheelchair!

I was looking to exchange an item to upgrade within the return time period. I will never shop at this location ever again. I called the night before to check inventory of a product and place it on hold to pickup the next evening. And very rudely the associate said "nope that will not happen" So I called the next afternoon to check inventory again, since I did not want to drive all that way and it being out of stock, and again they were very rude and said they will not hold the item. So I ended up going there and hoping the product was still there, and the Customer Service Associate was so rude, short and bad attitude with me the second I walked up to the desk to exchange my item. She should definitely not work in retail if she doesn't know how to be nice to customers. I walked to go check to see if the item was in stock, I only saw the floor model, so I asked a Sales Floor Associate if they could check inventory - his response was "I guess" and again they were so rude and they made me feel like a inconvenience. Well, isn't that part of their job, to help customers? We ended up purchasing the floor model of the product. I will NEVER shop at this store ever again, this is by far the worst home depot experience I have ever had.

The employees are very knowledgeable about products. Take time to answer questions and explain products. Store is very clean and people where friendly.
