You can also call first to confirm a tool's availability, or check out our tool rental page to see if it's offered at your local store. Can I rent a tool for an hour?
You can rent a tool for four hours or more. It depends on how long you'd like to rent them. Small home improvement jobs may only require a rental that's a few hours long, and long-term jobs aren't a problem either. You've got options to rent tools by the week, month, or day, too. If you need it longer than what you signed up for, call the Rental Center to arrange an extension and avoid late fees.
When can I bring the tools back?
You can return the tools early if you finish your project faster than planned, but on-time works, too. Just make sure to bring them back by the deadline listed on your rental paperwork. Please clean off dust, mud, and grime from the tool as well. If you need the tools longer, call your rental center to see if you can extend your rental period.
Do saw blades come with circular saw rentals?
Yes, power saw rentals usually come with blades, but we recommend that you get your own. You probably won't get a sharp saw blade that comes with your rental. However, you may luck out and receive an excellent blade on the saw. As there's no guarantee, it's smart to buy a suitable blade, just in case.
