Clean & easy to find items!

LANSING MI. AREA IS QUIT DIVERSE IN IT'S POPULATION HOWEVER YOUR STORE SEEMS TO BE SOMEWHAT LESS DIVERSE THAN THE GENERAL POPULATION. PERHAPS DOUBLE DOWN ON YOUR RECRUITING AND HIRING OF MINORITIES AND HADICAPPED INDIVIDUALS

Purchased fence panels at the Lansing Home Depot and needed help loading them on my truck. the 2 associates went above and beyond to help me. Couldn't have done it without their help. Highly recommend this store. Employees are always very helpful and friendly.

I had already went to 3 other stores in the Lansing Area on Saturday looking to purchase a washing machine. The customer service was without much help. I became perplexed and didn’t want to go back to any of those stores to purchase a washing machine. Then as I sat in my car trying to make a decision as to which of the 3 stores I had to go back to, it came to mind that oh my goodness let me try Home Depot. As I drove to the store I was saying to myself I’m praying and hoping that I’ll find a washing machine with help from somebody that works in that department. Let me tell you, I got what I asked for. As soon as I went to where the washing machine/dryers was I was immediately greeted by Rutherford. He asked questions of me to figure out what type of washer I was looking for. Did comparisons of different models and even showed me a short video about the washing machine I selected. After a long day searching for a washing machine, meeting and getting the help from Rutherford made the trip to Home Depot well worth it. There a saying that I made up “the first store I went to shall be last and the last store (Home Depot) I went to shall be first. Blessings Always!

Vanessa was very friendly and helpful answering questions I had regarding my purchase.

We have bought other appliances from Home Depot. This time Rutherford took care of us when we purchased a refrigerator. He was friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy, with a great sense of humor. He was the best sales associate we have ever dealt with.

Our experience was made excellent by the employee - Mr. Rutherford Beard. He went above and beyond to be helpful with coordinating a large purchase with another HD store out of state and making sure we got exactly what we needed for our new home that we are currently building. We were very pleased with the customer service that we received - Thank you, Rutherford!

The store was clean and well organized and the sales staff (Rutherford) was very polite, understanding and knowledgeable about the product I was interested in.

This is my husbands go to Home Depot store. Usually very good results when looking for product needed.

The staff at this particular Home Depot is particularly friendly and helpful. I will drive across town to this store even though I have a Home Depot in my neighborhood.

This is a very friendly store, filled with folks who know what they are doing and can give great advice. You don't need to be a regular here like I am to be treated like one. Just speak up and help will come your way!

This store is the best. I will go out of my way to shop here. Employees are very helpful at this location.

Staff at service counter were very rude (over-worked?). Too much crap in the isles. I always bang into stuff there. Not handicap friendly. No cleaning station to clean off carts or hands.

This store is truely a gem for the Lansing area, this big box store has the qualities of your local hardware.

Store neat clean busy. Every one polite and helpful. My salesman very patient and obviously an expert — knew every step and was multitasking answering phones directing other employees — all the time making me feel he was (because he was) concentrating on my questions and concerns. Not pushy. The facts and his expertise were apparent. I was in a hurry as food all in coolers after fridge quit and have to work all weekend 12 hr shifts as Hospice RN. So was wonderful to get one picked out loaded and in my house by noon. Yeah!

It's been awhile since I have been there but the front end is so much different than it used to be. Yesterday the store seemed busy and it was fun seeing (through masks) employees and customers talking again (don't see much of that hanging around the house all day). My point was that the front end was really cluttered and difficult to get around and it seemed as though the customers were having problems also. I like this store and have spent many years shopping here but when you walk in and your first sight is a cluster bomb, a little less is always needed.

Tony in plumbing has been so much help with all of our questions and struggles since we purchased a “handyman special” that wasn’t worth the money we put into let alone the problems we’ve met during remodels. If it wasn’t for tony and his knowledge we would have walked away from our purchase and the money we’ve put into the property a long time ago! THANK YOU TONY! You deserve a raise, lunch, gold medal! all of the above! Out standing customer service! I wish all employees had your knowledge and customer service!

Such a positive experience today! I was greeted by two associates upon entering the store whom both asked if they could help me find something. I was looking for Isle 66 Bay 001 so the female (wish I remembered her name) offered for take me there. I showed her my house and my landscaping ideas I found off Pinterest. She gave me BETTER suggestions that ended up looking AMAZING!! Then another associate helped pushed my second cart to my car, he also made amazing suggestions on plants / landscaping tools for my flower beds. The first thing my husband said to me when I got home was that he noticed I was in a GREAT mood from my experience at Home Depot today!

Rutherford was GREAT!!!

My refrigerator is on its last leg. Called the Lansing west Saginaw store and Rutherford answered all my questions and extremely helpful in getting me set up for my new appliance.

Home Depot in West Lansing is a great place to go to get the supplies and help you need with home projects. Be sure to look for Rutherford if you're considering an appliance purchase as he'll help you find what you need at a price that will make you happy!

I have always had exceptional experiences at this store. Help getting wood cut, getting extra items that I needed and offering the a bulk discount when purchasing large quantities. Help on getting paint mixed to the color I needed.

Our first big purchase, washer and dryer,and our sales lady at first was ok then as we got into the purchase she was getting an attitude about certain things eventually my husband had to remind her we were the paying customer! Top it off she said our delivery date was going to be a week(bought on Sun 23rd told us Sat assuming the 29th) we did not know it was 2 WEEKS (3/3) until we called for an update because we hadn't received a text or email the night before as instructed would happen for a delivery time on Sat! Very frustrating now hoping we won't get screwed on our Sat delivery which is in a few days!!

Every time I need to shop for materials or windows or carpet, etc... the first name store to go that comes to my mind is HOME DEPOT!!!. MY EXPERIENCES THERE ARE ALWAYS VERY GOOD!!!. Home Depot employees are amazing and very helpful.
