I've had to run out a few times for some items for either my household or another family member. My visits have been positive and and encountered help each time. Have been impressed with the service.

It was so refreshing to have a store associate approach me and ask if they could assist me in finding anything I may need!! Unlike other stores where you have to go in search of assistance. The Lansing store stands out as an example of what GOOD customer service means!! Thank You!!

VERY COMFORTABLE WHEN SHOPPING AT STORE, DUE TO FRIENDLY AND GREAT SERVICES

There were more associates in the store than usual. Near the entrance there were 4 associates chatting. I stood there and had to interrupt to ask where my item was. No one seemed to take charge and one associate looked it up and simply said "Aisle 17". Nothing more and no one offered to help us find the item. Alek was in Aisle 17 and when I asked where the item was he basically couldn't be bothered with a customer and said I should ask someone at the desk and he continued to stock, or whatever he was doing, still in Aisle 17. The associate at the desk was no help and said it was somewhere in Aisle 17. It appeared to me that the customer wasn't the reason the associates were there. I found the item. It turned out to be the wrong size, so I returned it, which made me feel better because I could go elsewhere to buy what I needed. There are other places where I can be ignored besides HD.

The cashier that assisted in the checkout process her name was Jakaya and she was very personable and patient, she also extended an apology for the wait to checkout.

The West Lansing store is very clean and aisles are well identified as to contents for efficient shopping. The staff is friendly and ready and willing to offer help with your item searches. The selection of stock is excellent and quantities sufficient.

I would say this Home depot is well stocked. I usually find every thing I need. Many times I have had associates that "bend over backwards" to help. They are friendly. The store has always been clean and organized.

Last stop, shopping for a new refrigerator. Changed my list of things I wanted on it. Rutherford helped me a lot, showing me different options everywhere! Narrowed down to two options, he pointed out one was made in America, the other in Japan. He asked about counter depth, which I never considered, but that solved all my problems, so very thankful for the suggestion from him. He was very knowledgeable, friendly & patient with me. He's my first choice from now on, when shopping for appliances!!!!!

Don’t use curbside pickup, disorganized and inventory is way off. Hopefully you won’t have to deal with Mgr Tina, she puts blame on her employees and takes no responsibility

Bought and paid for a one piece tub/surround - service counter said they would tag it and pull it to the front of the store for pick up the following day. Hired a handyman to pick up the item and deliver it, but when he arrived, the item was not in the front of the store, and could not be found in anywhere in the store - appears the tub was not tagged, was not taken to the front of the store, and was sold. And when I requested that they find a replacement in another store and have it delivered, they told me that they could not do that. I asked for a manager to talk to on the phone, and after 3 attempts, and almost a half hour on the phone waiting for someone to answer, I hung up - DISSAPOINTED !!!! Expecting the store to make this right with me !

If you don’t go to shop at this home-depot then you don’t know what you miss.!!

I went to this store to return an on-line purchase that arrived damaged. I used a gift card for the purchase. My return was processed as an in-store credit. Now, I cannot use this in-store credit for any on-line purchases. This does not make any sense to me. Some items can only be ordered on-line, in-store purchases are not an option. While the employees were very nice and felt my frustration as well, I feel this is a corporate policy at Home Depot that needs to be changed. I do not understand: a) why I wasn't issued a gift card to replace the gift card that I used to pay for the item or b) why couldn't they put the money back on the original gift card (I still had it!!) or c) why can't an in-store credit be used on-line. It's all related Home Depot. I don't think I'll be making any major purchases at Home Depot in the near future.

Store is well stocked on masks upon entering. Staff is helpful and friendly. Store is always clean throughout.

I love my nearby Home Depot it's clean, organized, and everyone is helpful!
