Great staff

Excellent service and staff. I would have liked to see the following services offered to earn 5 stars: 1. Expand service for cutting wood and plywood: more precision, and more cuts. 2. Offer more products, such as large size baltic birch plywood and specialty hardware. 3. Some items are not competitively priced compared to what's available on the web.

I love going to this store because all the employees are alone people and always asking if I need any help finding any items they are very respectiful.

Stores should not allow their cashiers to sign people up for credit cards at the registers. It is inconvenient to all the people behind them. There are literally never enough cashiers no matter what day or time of day I go. If people don't go to self check on their own, the reason is they don't want to. Self check is not an appropriate response to a long line. More cashiers is an appropriate response to a long line. The store was clean, but after asking 4 different associates where an item was and was directed to the wrong aisle I was extremely frustrated. It wasted a lot of my time. After half an hour I found someone willing to go with me and show me where the item was. The retail business focuses on "friendly" I would much rather have a grumpy but competent person who will help me and more cashiers who are competent to speed up my check out process than 1 friendly person who doesn't know where things are or 1 friendly cashier who stops the line because they have to fill a quota of credit card signups.

Central location, well laid out, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I needed a little assistance with questions I had and found all the employees very helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back to this store, even though there is another Home Depot closer to me.

Has what typical box stores carry, but the employees are great and really try to help you find what you need- even if they need to send you to another, non Home Depot store.
