Such a better shopping experience than the Bloomfield Store.

It was a joy to find that HD was accommodating customers through on-line ordering of items and then providing curbside delivery. This was fantastic! I was able to pick out several items that I needed, pay for them on-line, and then have the items placed in my car by a helpful HD employee. This removed all of the stress associated with "how will I get this done and still stay safe?". The store employees were very kind and made the process so much easier than I anticipated. Thank you!

This store lied to me about a delivery date on a refrigerator just to make a sale. Wish I could give it no stars.

Store management needs to handle its staff better about wearing masks correctly and address the individuals wearing them on their chin and not covering mouth and nose. Same individual over and over. How can you stop customers or ask customers to wear them if your employee wants to not follow the rules

The safety measures in place at the store is good. The store is clean and goods and items are easily located. Staffs are friendly, customers oriented.

Shout out to Roger for being super helpful and having a great attitude. He went the extra mile to help us twice during our shopping trip today. Give this man a raise!

I was impressed by the preparedness of the staff to usher us into the store, even with the sensitive nature of this time we’re in right now. They were very friendly, cheerful and helpful. I felt good going into this store. The products were easy to find as I use their product finder and the isle and bays had what I needed.

No register open at all. How can you operate a retail store without a register open. Will be going to lowes in the future

Waited a half hour for an electrical associate. Had to make 2 requests to get help. Store inventory showed 4 in stock. Did not have the item I needed. Waste of time shopping at that store

Two employees name Yareliz and Christofev at the paint department was nice to me along with an old guy who was running the self checkout during yesterday night. West Hartford staff are pretty decent and it was clean with no safety hazards. Oh I had also got the black paint that I wanted very quick service.

Called for check inventory on an item, which had 9 left according to online inventory, and then confirmed by customer service rep. Come to find out, when I went to pickup in store, my online purchase, there were no more in inventory. Horrible customer service and employees who just stood around and did not help when needed. Would not recommend going to this store unless you want rude and unwilling employees to help you.

Just wanted to say I haven't shopped at Home Depot for years. I was pleasantly surprised with my visit and service today. Lamon took get care in assisting me with my on line purchase and the service that he gave me in the store was the best customer service I have received in any store for a very long time (except of course for Trader Joe's they are always great).

If you want broken merchandise, horrible customer service and an overall feeling of malaise when you leave the store, then I highly recommend this Home Depot.

The store was easy to navigate - aisles clearly labeled. The associates are extremely helpful and assisted me in getting just the right fixtures needed to repair my bathroom. Cashier was excellent - professional and courteous! Thank you!

The West Hartford Home Depot location has very helpful employees who are polite, friendly and willingly seek out to help you before you have the chance to ask for help!

If you need plumbing help see Shawnett. She is knowledgeable, extremely helpful and has an awesome personality. It was an excellent experience shopping at Home depot. The cashier Melissa was also great. She told us about the opportunity to open a home depot credit card and getting $50 off that day. She took the time to explain the terms of the card and was very friendly. Great place to shop!!!!!!!!

i have shopped here for years and never had any trouble. staff are professional and friendly, and have always resolved any issues to my satisfaction.

Had several employees help me with an overhead large item (vanity) and assisted me loading it on to a flatbed cart. Then helped me find an item that had a sku # that was a internet # not the same as the actual one I wanted.

This HD consistently has exceptionally helpful staff. All routinely accompany me to areas where products I'm looking for can be found and answer my many annoying questions patiently. Store is well stocked, clean, has plenty of free and handicap accessible parking and cashiers at registers and self checkouts are always competent, helpful and courteous. It's a pleasure to shop at this HD.
