I purchased this tile saw about 2 weeks ago for my bathroom remodel. I read the reviews, which stated that it was 80% less splash then other tile saws. Let me tell you...this machine worked flawlessly! I am not a professional at all, but I was very impressed...plus not having to walk up and down my stairs was very helpful!

I went to the store a few days ago and the staff were very helpful 🙂 and very friendly! They helped me find things Quickly. Thank you so much I appreciated!

Usually I think of Home Depot for the normal types of lumber, paint, plumbing, tools and electrical supplies. Recently I needed a rare type of light bulb and a specific length and type of grounded extension cord. HD had both.

Items were readily available with friendly advise and service

Huge call out to Vanessa for being so helpful and helping us pick out a mower. Felt really good about our expensive purchase.

The experience at the store when I need help is always frustrating. I have to walk out of the department I need help in, go to the customer service desk, they page someone or tell me the associate is on break and there’s nothing that can be done. When I have a project to get done I have to plan out the 60-90 minute wait at Home Depot to get the materials needed because I know it’s always going to take a long time to get anything that’s not on the shelf.

Hire employees for this area that you either train or have some knowledge on plants. Flowers, gardening etc.

I went in to the Home Depot expecting to wait for an associate to help with some keys I had to make and to my surprise it was a fast and easy key machine that made my 8 keys within minutes. I enjoyed the process and I was still helped by an associate making sure my small project was done correctly.

Customer Service Staff was unwilling to accommodate my disabilities.

Today I needed paint at 9:30and as I walked in everyone getting ready to close Salena jumps out to mix paint for me with her smile and and great attitude Home Depot has great employees!

My cashier was amazing!!

I am making tile and granite choices for a newly built condo. I was assisted by a friendly and knowledgeable worker named D‘Andre. He named my visit to the store a pleasure. He was patient and knowledgable.

The Garden Center Staff were exceptional! Jamie the cashier answered all my questions, shared product knowledge, offered advice, and went above and beyond. The gentlemen, Jayden and Paul who stocked my car with my bagged mulch were phenomenal. They worked tirelessly with out a breather to stock the long line of cars due spring season peak. They were so friendly, engaging and like a well oiled machine working together. They were all a great representation of the Home Depot Brand and customer service ambassadors.

The store was clean and tidy. Associates A1!

My boyfriend and I came in about 10 minutes to close on 3/19 not realizing closing time was 6:00 on Sunday but the gentleman that got our paint samples (I forgot to get his name) was super friendly and then Tom our cashier was just as friendly extremely kind even though it was past closing… they’re both keepers :)

Every time I go into this store it seems to get better. Plenty of everything, excellent staff. My last visit was so good, I hugged my checkout lady! What more could you ask for?

I went In to purchase merchandise for a large home improvement and the first point of contact was ratchet. The black girl could careless about being helpful, instead she wanted to hold a conversation with other people at the desk. The agents are extremely rude and when you have an issue they want you to think your the problem.... talk about a huge case of gaslighting to me. The girl in the flooring dept was helpful. When I went to check out, they could careless about helping instead they were talking and looked made when the machine prompted for help. No thank you for shopping or mention about a survey.

I purchased bathtub and wall unit features to repair my bathroom. I received great service from the employees, especially the cashier DJ when I was checking out. He was patient and kind to me.

Moises really saved the day while another employee wasnt great. I recommend moises as he went above and beyond !

I use your app to locate the item, but l still needed assistance and this Home Depot was there. I was not feeling well and they helped me tremendously and gave me water Thank You

I bought several years ago a gas water heater. If you bought it by noon installation same day. Well it took 2 1/2 days for installation. Since then, this tranasaction left a bitter taste about Home Depot Promotion!!

This is our local store and 90% of the time we experience horrible customer service. The employees are never present to help in the aisles, we’ve had to search and search to find people regularly. When we do find them, 90% of the time they do the bare minimum to move us along. Today we needed a portion of PVC pipe cut- the employee we chased down told us to do it ourselves, and then the employee, Julie, at the register told us she couldn't ring it up and we needed to have the man who helped us cut another one. We told her we did it ourselves, as directed, and she said we never should have. She then took the cut pipe, set it aside, and sent us on our way. She will end up throwing away the cut pipe, and ALL SHE NEEDED TO DO WAS GET THE SKEW CODE TO RING IT IN. Abysmal.

Your sweepstake drawing is so bogus. You are just trying to get people to agree to get your garbage email. You only offer two options. Of course people are going to choose the sweepstakes option. Omg. You people are horrible pigs

Some store associates, like my cashier today Palivia, was extremely cordial and pleasant. There was another woman at checkout who was also extremely friendly. These two could probably teach a thing or two to the kid in the paint department who didn’t seem to have any idea about customer service (no eye contact, no engagement, socially awkward). The cashier at the gardening department also lacked charisma - you could practically hear her counting down the minutes until quitting time. Customer-facing employees are the face of your company. Don’t hire people who are “just there for the paycheck”.

Generally, I found this store has the merchandise I need. Because the store is so big (as all of them are), it can sometimes be difficult to find someone to help you out. The store could be improved by having customer call phones around the store so finding assitance would be easier.

I asked for a price on a 1x1x60 and they said since they didn't know they could upcharge me for a 2x2x60. Otherwise they didn't know how much the item they were selling me was so i was out of luck. Not unfriendly, just unwilling to help at all.
