Today I went to this store and I was insulted by a employee named Jenny because I asked her a question and she said she didn’t have time, I said to her she didn’t need to be rude and she began mocking me and turned her back at me and began walking insulting me in front of other employees and costumers. Horrible service no knowledge of the products, very disorganized place.

Great staff and management in this store.........Very organized and great prices....They are there for projects big or small......I highly recommend....

Friendly and knowledgeable garden cashier on Monday morning at 9:30. I forgot his name.

I usually shop at this store as its always been good to me in terms of variety and availability. staff are pretty knowledgeable and friendly. I always support brick and Mortar shops as I would like to see the stuff before i buy.

Received great customer service from George In plumbing (who was proactive; found solutions to my questions; and accompanied me to the customer service desk to make sure my transaction went through as agreed) & Natasha a manager/supervisor in the customer service area. Natasha particularly did a great job of taking control of what could of been a bad customer service experience and made it very positive through straight forward empathetic communication all while training a new associate. This process highlighted a strong team work atmosphere a the store and I will definitely be back to the store thanks to George & Natasha turning a customer experience where I spent 13 minutes wandering the aisles looking for help to one where two awesome home depot associates met my needs and answered all my questions to make my transaction happen as expected.
