Im a realtor and I always look for Eli to assist me. He’s great, kind, and knowledgeable and always puts his customers first.

From sometime, using the self-checkout is a terrible experience. It's an annoying oximoron. There is a person who prevents the self part of the checkout. This person will force tehmself in the middle. They punch button that we don't want and make selection that we don't want. They don't find the sku number which is easy to find for a customer used to handle those items. If this practice is going to continue then get rid off the self-checkout thin-clients and place regular registers with trained.

One of the things that I enjoy most about shopping at the Rock Case Honda Way store location is the greeting that I receive. Instead of the usual "Welcome to Home Depot", I am met with "Welcome Home" as I am recognized as a repeat customer.

Was returning one item and the employee Symphard was more into his phone then taking care of his customer. From the time I stepped up to his register he was already on his phone and not caring about my return and more about who he was texting.

I needed a new AC. Eli greeted me with respect and concern and he helped me tremendously

Employee Sitting in Door Dept. I asked for help on where the single doors were , after looking for them, and all he did was point, and continue to look at his Phone! Older guy (bald), had No interest in helping. So sad.

We always have sucn fun at Home Depot. Friendly people, good prices, great supplies.

The store is great, lots of friendly people to help you find things. The only caveat is the parking lot is riddled with abandoned shopping carts.

It is always a chore when something does not work the way you thought it should. Returning it to the place of pruchase is a chore. AT this store it has never been a problem They want you to be completely satisfied .

Warmly greeted upon entering, found everything I needed and Nicholas put my purchases in my car.
