checked online to ensure they had the product we were going to purchase. Got there and the product is no where to be found. Asked an associate for help and was told if its not there then they don't have it. I had to call the store and ask to speak with a manager and explained what was going on. The lady tells me to start calling other stores, the system has done this before where it says they have something in stock and they cant find it. They lied to me several times in just a short phone call, transferring my calls over and over to the front desk not a manager and would just pick up the phone and place it back on hold. Playing games and the manager Carlos was just like that too so i guess it makes sense when you think about it. their leader is teaching them that's how you deal with customers. Home depot I'm extremely disappointed and bothered on how we were treated at your rick case location.

It’s so nice to have a HD 1 minutes from home staff always friendly items always in stock use for a lot of home improvements, like hurricane proof doors, inside doors etc.

My Visit in Home depot n Davie #6326 was very pleasant.

The store is clean and there is enough staff to assist when assistance is needed. Curbside pickup is not so great. There has been several times (a few times) that I have had to either enter the store or call to let them know that I have been waiting on a curbside order after alerting them I was there and ready for my order. Today I had to do just that. Waiting in the returns/customer service line was a drag as well. Rather than taking notice of customers standing in line they were having personal conversations. I had to literally walk up and say I need assistance. I will say once the cashier started assisting me she did a wonderful job and was very helpful.

While shopping at Home Depot on 6/24 I asked one of your employees Frank Morillo. I asked him what your company did with the saw dust left in the lumber department and if I could obtain some. He actually went up and retrieved a bag to place it into. After that he emptied the vacuum receptacle. I found him very pleasant and friendly. It is nice in this time you find someone so pleasant

Had a great experience thanks to Orrett...it didn't start off that way, but he had made up and then some for another employees misstep (which he didn't know had happened earlier in our trip to this store) it is clear he is just a nice, helpful person and made our day!! thank you Orrett for your help today, squeegee explanation and help at check out as well!

BEWARE On line store inventory levels are not to be trusted. But its the same is all stores. Wallmart too. An employee told me its an impossible task to keep up with whats in the bins. I find its mostly problematic in pipe fittings, and metal shapes.

This was the cleanest most well stocked home depot I’ve ever been to . Best and friendliest most helpful employees I’ve come across at any Home Depot..... I wish it was in my local neighborhood Home Depot! I would drive the great distance I did once again because of great experience at this store ! best employees!

The level of customer service and the knowledge of the employees I had the not so pleasure of dealing with was so disappointing. It took a manager who was very good to help me. I felt sorry for him just dealing with these employees. He tried his best and I hope he goes to a place that will appreciate his skills.

This store’s manager “Marco”, is rude and disrespectful to U.S. Veterans! If he wasn’t spending his time insulting me, then maybe half the parking spaces wouldn’t be filled with shopping carts. You can tell a lot about store from its parking lot! It’s a mess! This is what Bernie envision?

THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND BUSY SYSTEMATICALLY CUSTOMERS WERE TAKEN CARE AS PER COVID BUT NO ONE WAS PICKING UP THE RINGING TELEPHONE THERE WERE NO MANAGERS ON THE FLOOR WE WERE TOLD TO WAIT ASIDE FOR QUITE SOMETIME BUT EVIDENTLY WE WERE TAKEN CARE OF AND WE HAD A PLEASANT TIME THANK YOU .
