I have been shopping at this location for many years and have been very satisfied with finding inventory always in stock. The employees conduct themselves with professionalism and are very helpful and accommodating. I recommend others to use this location finding it very helpful when it comes to home projects. They always have inventory in stock. If they don’t they can order it and it will be delivered to your home or to the store in a timely manner. I have done several projects throughout the years. I am up to my fifth home addition and I have used Them for all of the properties I have purchased in the past. I purchased 10 properties in 2008 and bought all of my products from this location. I am extremely satisfied with the employees and the inventory that they provide.

This Home Depot always has friendly staff and great products at reasonable prices.

I Usually go to this Homedepot i find staff will go out of the way and show you where items are.

Every time we go to Home Depot, we find the tools or supplies needed.

VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND HELP, SOME EMPLOYEES ARE NOT SURE WHERE PRODUCTS ARE LOCATED HOMEDEPOT SHOULD HAVE MORE EMPLOYEES OR A WAY FOR CUSTOMERS TO CALL FOR HELP IN ISLES

All around the store ur staff asks if u need help and at times I do so great job

I have called this location on FIVE! Different days and the phones just rings non-stop. I went in person and the customer service was just as bad. Polite but very un organized and made what should of just been a pick up order turned into having to grab it off the shelf myself.

The saler representate was very helpfull (Orrett)

The Pro-Desk and the service at this store is outstanding. Will keep buying at this store since service is at best at the Pro-Desk

Within walking distance, although I never do it…..has a stoplight at the entrance so easy in and out. Staff always helpful. Never had a poor experience.

My discount code wouldn't work online so I went to the store where I was told it didn't work because it was a special purchase. Made another trip and the register said code had already been used. Three attempts at $15 with no luck.

Rudy is his name I must have pass by 3 employees and no one even nod 5 foot rule smile or nod let them know you see them and again Rudy give him a raise it’s hard to find really good help and someone who actually wants to be there and help thanks Rudy for making my decision smooth

Each time I go to the store, I find what I need and the service is always wonderful.

I asked a question to an associate in the tools department about the type of hooks that will be better to put outside and the answer was: "I don't know, Google it". Before you go to Home Depot: Google what you need.

I rated the Rick case Honda Home Depot store a 3/5 since my overall time inside wasn’t great, but when I was returning to my car in the parking lot, Daniel and Christian outside were great loading my car and tying down the ladder on my car. They also put a whole fridge in my car very carefully. Inside I would say the customer service was not the best but I have to say, those boys outside work really hard for how hot it is. They definitely deserve some recognition for all the hard work they do. Keep it up boys.

I bought this product just over a week ago and so far I'm happy with it.

Rude, incompetent people across the board. Brought wrong item for curbside delivery, then supposedly placed correct order with manufacturer (this didn't happen). In the meantime, instead of crediting my mastercard, issued a gift card, but not really since they applied it to the will call order that didn't happen. I spent hours on the phone, and John who refused to understand the issue hung up on me. Continued to have problems with the manager, Carlos. He made us come in and then we waited 20 him. Did not credit my MasterCard as should have been done in the first place. He said he would give us cash over the phone if we came in.That didn't happen either. Instead we have to wait 2 weeks for a check to arrive in the mail.Total incompetence from the curbside order which was incorrect, the will call order that was also incorrect, the customer service, and the manager. Even the customer service agent at the general Home Depot number who deals with store complaints was not helpful. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Great staff at the Depot and great pricing. Whether it’s a big or small project the staff is there to help you…..they bring a new meaning to customer service

This store has plenty of products that you will need. It just lacks associates that care and a management team that wants to address customer concerns. You will experience a much friendly team at L$#@s or another Home Depot store.
