Don't bother going anywhere else for all your home improvement projects materials and advice. The people who work at this store are the absolute best at customer service! I am a decades long devoted customer and I love shopping at this store!

The store was clean and the employees there this evening were wonderful!

Plenty of employees available and all were friendly. Many checked to see if I needed help. All knew where to find what I wanted. So nice to see employees rather than search for them. Store clean, organized and well stocked. Definitely the store to use.

The Home Depot located in Trotwood, Ohio is exceptional. They have friendly employees who are helpful and knowledgeable. I love shopping for house plants at this location.

Actually I usually find everything plus more that I need and want at the Trotwood store. If I need help there is someone around to help me within a minute or two. I was looking for dusk to dawn light bulbs just today and a gentleman helped me immediately. The woman who helped me order appliances was up on a ladder working and came down immediately to help me. The gentleman in plants helped me with the quarter round that wanted to slide out of my cart. The young lady at the service desk was extremely helpful and courteous when I was picking up my paint. And the woman at self-checkout was extremely helpful, seeing my light bulbs and telling me I could get free ones from DP&L. There were also two other employees in the appliance area who helped me. And how could I almost forget the gentleman who helped me with the plumbing drain parts for my new kitchen sink I got from Trotwood Home Depot. Today was a good day to go to Home Depot. The aisles drive me crazy at holiday time, but someone might need that special flashlight at that great price for Mom or that orchid for Dad..

My experiences was good , sales person was around found what I was looking for. heading to the check out notice another item I was looking at and it didn't have a price tag on , sale person notice that I was looking at and ask if she could help me, I ask her if she knew how much the cost was for this item, she did go fine out and also said that it was mark down. I than processed out after I purchase the item , and she ask me if I need any help taken it to the car. I said I think I'm alright. I was just so overjoyed for all the assisted she offer, ( it' been a while since you seem that at a store) . The store was clean as well and aisle were passable.( could us a little work in the aisle where the light bubs are) But overall I was well please with my experiences for each visit that week.

Jhon was very patient and helped us through this whole Christmas tree box. The manager Rodney made sure things were made right considering all of the misunderstand and Bob was very handy to get all the materials we needed cut!

All employees are always friendly and eager to help. The store is easy to navigate and generally everything is always in stock. Never wait to check out.

Fantastic when it comes to returns!

The people in house are wonderful, but they're delivery service is horrid. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU WILL BE HOME IN THE 4 HOUR WINDOW. It would have been 5 stars if not for the poor delivery communication.

The store was well stocked and you could actually find employees there to help

We were just there to look at washer and dryers. We left with an order for a dryer and a much needed smile. The young man who helped us did an outstanding job. Great customer service.

Answered incorrectly one question but app would not allow me to go back to correct! I would shop at this store again.

I find that the store #3856 Dayton has good parking and is clean and close to where i live. The employees are always helpful on my visits .

Every time I visit this store, I have an enjoyable shopping experience. The staff are readily available and willing to assist. The layout is well organized making it easy to locate items. The store remains clean and well lit and I have yet to face a fight with shopping carts left in parking spaces. I can spend hours in this store. Hats off to each of the associates!

The employee staff at the Trotwood Home Depot are perhaps the friendliest and most helpful employees I have dealt with. Everyone in the store asked if I could be helped every time I've been in the store. It is obvious the focus of attention of Home Depot is customer service and pleasant demeanors. Customer satisfaction is a top priority.
