The store is generally clean and orderly, but at times there seems to be a lot of "stuff" on carts in the aisles. They usually have about anything you need for modest home maintenance.

Aubri Davidson (Kitchen & Bath Appliance Specialist) was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond my expectations and flagged down another employee to go and get the vanity that I wanted to buy (as there was only one in stock) to ensure nobody bought the vanity before my credit was ran for the Home Depot Credit Card

I have always found what I needed at Home Depot. They have the best staff who are always willing to help!!

The store associates were quite friendly, and helpful... store was clean and neat, the ones who assisted us gave great customer service, Irma and Jeff were very helpful in assisting in our purchases.... power washer, freezer, and microwave oven...

I run a lot into rude employees in that store, who do not want to move a finger to assist when you need assistance... (Except for the managers Mr. Sam and MR. Gerald... who are really wonderful). basically you are on your own in that store, and google can help you way more that any of the employees who work there. Very difficult to find someone in the isle to help you find something, you'll need the home depo app to find it.

This staore gets better with time. Everytime im here the people go out of there way to make sure im fine and have everything i need. Thanks for that.

Best Home Depot in Dayton.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED BY THE EMPLOYEES TO TREAT ME SO BADLY, YOU FIGURE IN THAT A COMPANY WOULD HAVE IT'S EMPLOYEES BETTER FOCUSED

The Trotwood store was pretty well organized. I do wish that there had been floor models of induction ovens on display. I do feel that the display models were somewhat limited in comparison with other Home Depot stores and that they were pretty cramped in arrangement. It would be beneficial to have some mid-upper range models on the floor to compare. It would also be helpful to have more detailed information as to the specifics of the models. Dimensions, key features, benefits of induction over regular electric in terms of energy consumption, safety, etc. For example: If you wanted the infinite control that a gas oven provides but don't have gas lines in your area, the next best, if not equal option would be an induction model. For picky cooks like myself, it was a deal maker! :)

We enjoyed making our purchase of a new range- a big decision as ours is very old and the new one is quite different. The associate was very helpful in being sure the choice would meet our needs. We are ex-cited about having it delivered. We saw other things to put on the wish list, so we'll be back!

Excellent shopping experience

employees are not inclined to step up and ask people if they need help. Employees seem to be too much inclined to want to talk with each other rather then help customers

1) The young repair guy took my lawnmower out, mowed the grass outside the store, and ran for 15+ minutes. He could then see that my new battery-powered mower was shutting down and not restarting. 2) The salesclerk was helpful with how to get the bank slot to "see" my card. 3) Another employee helped me with self-checkout. 4) Other employees guided me to electrical (not a main sign in the large walkway). 5) The older gentleman working electrical was very patient in helping me to decide what gauge 100' wire I needed for my other mower, the electric lawnmower.

Location, organization and staffing was good on my last visit. I live near by and visit this store every two weeks or so. I was totally disappointed with the lack of effort by the store management to have employees wear masks. It was 65 outside and not hot. I would say two thirds wore them correctly, thank you to them

The associates in door was very friendly

I love this store, everytime I go in there I find what I'm looking for and the associates are very friendly. I compare prices with others stores in the area and I always end up at Home Depot.

Renee in hardware is amazing. Associates, when they are not busy are good.

Denise and Gerald were great. Went above and beyond during this crisis to get us what we wanted, make us happy and get us moving and out of there in a timely manner !! They are even managers and didn't pawn us off or tell us to wait they would "page someone" they helped us. Very nice people

Right now this pandemic changed everything.

The store was clean and the shelves fully stocked. However, most importantly Home Depot's pricing is usually lower than the other large box home improvement stores.

They have a great selection and a wide variety of everything.

Store is clean, and the staff has been very helpful in getting the materials needed from paint, outside material to custom doors.

This year has been so difficult for everyone in this area. Tornado came threw and tore up the area and this store. The employees worked hard to get the store up and running, offering help to the community. They continue to have pride in their store, so helpful, friendly, and bring experience to help customers. This store is so clean both inside and out, organised, and well stocked.
