I had no problems finding items in store or receiving help

The manger Reggie was very Kind! Help me with what I needed! Also Kristen Redmond and also Ryan were all very kind! And very helpful and answering any questions I hade and problems I needed Help with! I brought a washer dryer and pedestal! I will always SHOP AT THIS HOME DEPOT STORE!

We purchased a microwave on sale and the sales associate was very knowledgeable about the product.

Went to the store to get a small space heater but couldn't find them. Asked an employee where they were and he directed me straight to them. Kellie the cashier was very friendly and polite and did her job well.

Customer service at this store is crappy at best. They would of gotten no stars but I had to do one. I told the clerk 3 times we had the veteran discount and still never received it. No help loading 9 bags of dirt.

I had several returns that Aubri helped me with. She's a great example of how a professional should be.

The employees at this location are the best. Everyone there are extremely friendly and helpful.

Rose was extremely friendly and was helpful scanning my elderly Mother’s items at the self checkout . She talked to us as if we were old friends.

I am thank for that the Trotwood Store honored the flyer for a Terra Cotta Planter I rushed over to purchase. The sales associate was willing to pullout the planters that were out of my reach. I needed 10 of them. I was glad it was shared that another store may also have some left. At the Miamisburg store they had 1 planter left. Great I only needed 6 more. I drove to the Beavercreek location and the Garden area Associate checked the flyer, got 6 pots for me. When I got to the Service Desk I was worn-out (due to auto accident I (use a Cane for now). The rude gentleman at the counter called another over to view the flyer and the picture matched the planter pot. The one at the resister felt the pot was wrong. I pushed back to the area ask the young lady to double check it item number. She was watering the plants before and worked in the area. I went back to the service desk and the 2 guys still felt that the pot was called for a 15 inch pot. . . the pot only went up to a 14 inch. I had purchased the 6-8 inch type and the 14 inch from the other 2 sister-stores, EVEN with the flyer matching the picture, the label on the garden center shelf, and my receipt from 2 other stores that show I had purchased the same item at 2 other locations they would not allow me to purchase the 6 planters I needed for my plants. I left VERY DISAPPOINTED, that I had drove across town in different directions. To be turned away. I wish I could attach a picture of the planter pot. I know these 6 pots were the $14.98 Pots. I spent Time, Gas, and pain because I wanted the fliers all in the same type of Pots. I like Shopping at Home Depot and will try to NEVER shop at the Wilmington Pike/675 location again. I will try to find another Planter to match and request a Manager for the final word. I left thinking “Why did the 2 men act like this”. I will stick my shopping to Salem Ave. so my time, gas, and shopping won’t be wasted. RUDE employees will turn you off and send you to look for another Store to shop. I left thinking about how bad I was treated. My money will be spent where I am appropriated. I still am in need of 6 more Terracotta Planters. I guess the planters were more important to them that allowing me to purchase. I should be given a coupon to purchase at a discount now for all I was trying to do was BUY my pots for the patio.

Aubri is a very pleasant and proficient employee! Such a nice experience with her helping me on matters i was not experienced in!

Staff is readily available and knowledgeable. Store is super clean and organized.

I have nothing but respect for all employees in this store! I love coming here with my many questions from a clueless customer with tons of projects and ideas to very patient and caring employees! Love it!

The heart of customer service is still present. Veda at the Trotwood Home Depot assisted me immediately. Even after I misunderstood her directions. She actually walked me to the item I needed and helped me look for what I needed to ensure I purchased the correct item.

Purchased equipment and materials to install a kitchen counter top. Cost was reasonable and countertop was beautiful.

I bought a stove today from the Home Depot 5200 Salem Ave. Trotwood Ohio 45426. I was waited on by, Irma Appliance Specialist. She was knowledgeable and friendly.

The dewalt tool deals at Home Depot are great

I have had great experiences at this home Depot. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The only issue I have experience was occasionally not having a few products in store that online says is available. They staff however are wonderful and very helpful

Jason, Terry, and Rob really know how to get it done! They are always willing to help with questions, or whatever you need! These guys are awesome!

You are on your own in Trotwood. The odds of finding an employee at the Trotwood Home Depot who has any idea what is happening around them and is willing to help you are about one and 10. Do your best and try to remember they make terrible wages. What a disappointing place.

This store is a complete garbage when it comes to many of the people who work at that store, bad attitude, laziness, nasty characters, anytime you need help at the idle there is no one there, and when you find someone after 15 minutes they try to avoid you, or simply say they are not working at that idle, or they say they will call someone but they never do… I try to avoid that store at all costs… every visit to that store is an emotional trauma… I have to hold my nose when I go there… so to speak… but today something different happened there with someone by the name Dianna… she is working at the electric idle… but she passed by me at the railing idle, when I was looking for railing hardware… and when I asked her for help to find what I am looking for, she immediately helped me to find several different hardwares I needed, through search on her handheld computer, even though she is not working at that idle … I was dumbfounded… such help and a welcome attitude is very hard to find in that nasty store… I thanked her and off she went.. About 10 minutes later I crossed her again in another idle when I was looking for a rail post light and again she found it for me with a nice attitude…. And after she handed it to me she asked me to fill the survey on the receipt and pointed to her name on her blouse… once again it showed her appreciation to what people say on the survey… and unlike many nasty characters in that store who hide their name rag, she was proud of her name tag… which clearly point to clean conscious… and good will… so I made mental note to fill the survey this time even though I never do this survey… I never saw that lady before, but she said she has worked at that store since October 2021… I think home depo should look into advancing her in that store… because she is definitely one of a kind in that store…

I’ve visited home depot twice in the past two months. Once for a large appliance purchase and recently for a small purchase. The care I received from the team members as been amazing each time. The care and time to take to make sure your needs are met has been an amazing experience, especially now when most establishments customer service had suffered due to lack of staffing. It’s been a breath of fresh air each time I’ve visited!

I am pleased with the service I've received thus far. I am presently working with several departments in the Trotwood Oh store and I appreciate the departments working together for the project I'm working on at this time.
