I have not used Home Depot much, but this experience has changed my view and I will use it more in the very near future.

The service from employees was excellent

Every time I go to the trotwood location I’m met with rude employees making it unbearable to shop there. The employees aren’t helpful only sarcastic and usually stand around gossiping rather than help customers.

Every employee was very friendy and courteous. They found the answers to all my questions for my purchase.

After waiting 45 minutes they could not give me my online order. The system messed up and sent it to a store in Texas. I was asked to drive from Ohio to Texas to fix the problem. This has taken a week and I am still trying to get my money back.

I worked with Rachelle at the Trotwood, OH, location to select and order new kitchen cabinets and counter tops. She was fantastic. She helped me to take advantage of the sales and assured me the best price for the cabinets I selected.

Brenda Jackson at checkout was very helpful, and David in tool rental was extremely nice and accommodating

Have tried a few times on different occasions to get the military discount to go through and for some reason whatever product I get does not want to except the discount not sure what the problem is

I went to purchase a toilet and I couldn't get the help that I needed. The two associates by me were busy helping a woman just asking questions while I needed help getting a toilet down to buy. I purchased the toilet then had to find my own help loading it into my suv. I had asked for help to have it put into my suv,but they never sent anyone to help load the toilet that I couldn't lift alone!! WORST experience!! Third experience of crappy customer service at this location.. I live 3 minutes away from the store. I will no longer be going to this location because of the several bad experiences there!!

I do all of my shopping there. Look forward to going to the HD in Trotwood, OH for all of my contracting needs.

Today, I went to the Home Depot on Salem Avenue in Dayton, Ohio simply to use the restroom. I saw an employee AND a customer I knew, and had a conversation with both while in the store. I ended up grabbing one item on my way out of the store. The cash dispenser messed up but Ms. Deal came to assist me. She was friendly and talked to me about her interaction with a few other customers in the store that day. She helped me complete my purchase and told me to have a blessed day. I will definitely be returning to this location.

I shop at this store any time I need home decor/improvement supplies. All employees are well-versed in available stock and willing to help find whatever I'm looking for.

A great store to find the merchandise of your needs for any type of Home Improvements. Sales associates are friendly and very helpful to point you in the right direction or escort you to find what you may be lookung for and can't find it for yourself.

Shelves are always stocked, employees are helpful and knowledgeable!

Every time we have gone to this Home Depot (which has been a lot) it has been an awesome experience. Everyone is so nice and friendly! Very helpful too.

Jackie and Aubri at this location were incredible! They made my day. I bought a husky tool 5 years ago and it has failed. I brought it into the store and they both worked with me no questions asked to help get me out the door with the tools I needed! I will be back and recommend this store to anyone! Great people here!

We came in right before closing (unbeknownst to us) and the staff kindly helped us find the stains we were looking for and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I purchased most of my home improvement products form the Home Depot in Trotwood and able to fine what I'm looking for 95% of the time. The tile purchased was only $5 per box and it look great!

I like the military discounts and the Pro XTRA program.

I am in the middle of a major remodeling project and EVERY TIME I go to this store I or my son go into the store to make a purchase we get exactly what we are looking for and the employees are above helpful.

We were looking to purchase tile that was not available on the shelf. We easily located a sales associate and he located the tile on a pallet in the back and was able to get it to us in the aisle we were waiting in. When checking out, Barb was extremely helpful so we didn't have to actually click every individual piece of tile.

I was happy on what I bought today(Toro lawnmower) because I can take it home right away and cut my grass. Tried buying online but prices of this brand was more money plus I hate to wait for business days delivery.

This store remains loyal to the community and friendly toward the customers.

I purchased supplies for a property management move out and was a little short handed. The friendly staff (Deal and Rose) at TROTWOOD Store #3856 assisted me with checkout making my trips a breeze.

I've noted newer products in stock and continually look to see what I can find.
