Employees greeting and glad to help you we didn't have to search, wait, or call for any help . Nice clean store and very nice service.We visited the lumber department, paint department, flooring department, and all the other departments for smaller items .What a wonderful experience when people appreciate your business and are happy to help you with the purchase and the loading.

Was amazed at size and location of store the size of Toccoa. Assume it services an area much larger than just. Toccoa. Employees very helpful in our search and identification of our product.S

The associates in the Garden Center in this store pay no attention to their customers. I was not acknowledged when I walked in, and was not asked if I needed assistance. Two associates were within 5 feet of me as I loaded 5 bags of top soil in my shopping cart. They never made a move to help. I am a 58 year old woman and although I can still pick up some things it would have been nice to have been helped. The cashier.. Bradley.. did not ask if I would be using my HD card or if I even had one, nor did he ask if I needed loading assistance. It was 5:30 in the afternoon and you were not busy...it was just disappointing.

Store is always clean and associates are consistently helpful and pleasant.

This store was very clean and organized and they have very helpful employees there. I had this one cashier named Geera who really made my trip to this Home Depot go very smoothly and would recommend that you go and check this wonderful Home Depot.

Stopped by this Home Depot after I took my great-grandchildren to meet their parents at Hwy. 441. Went to have some keys made for my church. I had ordered some Baldwin Key blanks, after having visited another Home Depot in Hartwell, GA and was shown exactly what to order. Had the keys made by a very friendly associate; then went to the Home and Garden dept. to get potting soil. Employees there went over and beyond to help me. Everything was clean and orderly and people could not have been more friendly and helpful. Koodos, Home Depot for your choice of employees.

Always very helpful. Can usually get in and out quickly. Been shopping here for 1&1\2 years. Bought most of my deck project supplies from this store.

I want to thank you for being a friendly helpful crew of employees. You go above and beyond to help your customers and treat them with respect and honor. Very very pleased with our purchase of carpet and the whole process thus far for getting it and installing. Will definitely shop here again. Would definitely recommend.

My overall experience at Home Depot yesterday was excellent.

It's a small store compared to some in Atlanta, but the small town personal service makes it a cut above the rest.

The Toccoa store is a small market store. We are lucky to have it based on the county population. This is not Atlanta so don' t expect to see the product selection you get in a major metro area. One of the most friendly group of employees I have encountered.

Smaller HD than we are typically used to, but well stocked and very helpful staff (especially the gentleman that helped us Lee C.) he was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The employees I deal with on a regular basis are quite helpful and do their best to assist...the store is too small and cramped to adequately carry sufficient product ..I am ALWAYS being told that they "can order it for me". I don't want to order, I want to be able to go there and GET what I want right THEN!

Overall the store is well kept and all employees are very friendly. The only problem i have is the lumber yard being closed to vehicles. This is very troublesome for young and old alike. It is not any fun having to load lumber, cement products onto a cart and then unload into your truck. Homedepot should take a very serious look at correcting this problem.

I am so glad we have a home depot in our city. Love shopping there.
