Thank you Timberley for finding flowers for me.

I could not find the product I was looking for. An employee showed me where it was supposed to be but it was not there. He searched the store, found it, and brought the product to me.

The associates are courteous, friendly, and very helpful. And the store is clean and well organized.

This store is easy to find and get into and out of. The employees at the Toccoa GA store are friendlier and more helpful than other stores. For a store geared toward DIY construction jobs, it is keep very clean and neat.

Not one friendly staff member. Had to look for people to help. Taylor in “Paint” had horrible attitude.

I would recommend the store but there’s a cashier named Sharon who is very rude and disrespectful! She obviously hates her job and takes it out on the customers!

Peyton checked us out and gave us a return on an item, in addition we were buying other items, she was very professional and we appreciate the ease of the transaction

Customer service employee Maxine is very rude and always has some snide remark. One time we had a return and she asked us why we didn't take it back to the Home Depot we bought it at, as if she owns the Home Depot stores. Store is clean and the other employees are friendly and helpful, one bad apple spoils the whole store for me.

I highly recommend shopping at the Roccoa Home Depot Store #6888. The associates are friendly, helpful and willing to give assistance if needed. I appreciate the cleanliness of the store, as well.

The sales person that helped me was helpful and friendly. Odie went beyond what a normal sales person would do.

I arrived at the store at 5:30PM and asked for assistance. I sat on a pallet of pavers for 45 minutes and then the cashier said she would help between customers. Bless her for trying but not much help. She had to leave so I loaded 12 or the 16 2x10x16 feet by myself. When I had 2 more, one of the staff just happened to be walking by and offered to help. I declined. I told the cashier I had spent the last dollar at Home Depot and I mean it. This ticket was $568.75. I had to pick through the trash lumber that Home Depot is passing off as #2 Prime to find 16 pieces I could use on my deck. I finally got loaded and out at 7:15.

The cashier Michelle was rude and did not want to give my husband a military discount although he had proper I’d and his veterans identification card.

Loved the drive thru " Load, pay and Go" great idea of not loading on buggy and then again in vehicle!! Good Job home depot!

The store is clean and the employees are nice and friendly. That's what I look for when I am shopping. I will return when I need something else.
