associates are friendly and helpful

Zero associates wearing masks. Our community has a high population of elderly/high risk. The minimal cost and effort of wearing a mask to help protect these people seems too much for this store to bear. The folks who work here are nice people in my experience. Hopefully a little guidance/education from their employer is warranted in these extraordinary times.

The employees are usually very helpful so you don’t spend a long time trying to find items or figuring out what you need. My last two visits to this store were extremely satisfactory.

Lately this store has had great customer service in the gardening/lumber area. They have been available to help load products and to help me find what I need in a friendly manner. Thank you Toccoa staff!

Toccoa is a small store, so they frequently don't have a large selection of items to choose from. The shingle color we wanted was not available in this store, so Mary worked very hard to get us what we wanted, even though it involved 2 other stores. She also got us the price we thought we should get. In our opinion, she deserves a nice raise!

I have been going to this store for a number of years and am always pleased at the cleanliness and pleasant and professional staff there.The store is always stocked well, and will always return there for any projects I have in the future!

The guy in the nursery Max went all out to help us! He help us find the best tree he waited to load it for us. By far he has been the best employee there. I will be going there again. The cashier was so nice she was friendly she knew her products great day at your store because of the two employees.

While the loss of many of our small town hardware stores was disappointing our Home Depot has been a huge encouragement to the town and is staffed by very friendly and helpful people. I shop here often and am always treated right.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot because the employees are usually very nice. Randy is one of the best ones to help find what I need. It is nice not to have to look and look for someone to help me. Actually the front desk called someone to let them know I would be coming to his area and he was there waiting for me. The store usually has what I need.

Asst. Manager noticed I was looking lost and pitched in to help. Not only did he make suggestions to save me money on my DIY project, he helpedme find every product I needed, loaded up my truck for me, and even tied my load down with a piece of twine to ensure its safety to my house. Great customer service! Oh, and my cashier was very friendly as well!

I would not recommend if your ordering something online but overall the store is nice Employees were friendly but my order wasnt inspected properly for damage when it arrived at the store and it took over 30 minutes for a refund.

Employees at this location are extremely rude!!! After waiting for 10+ minutes a rude woman came over to what is supposed to be a “customer service” counter and said to me “what do you need?” Well I need her to do her dang job!!!!
