The employees at this store CARE!

I'm a 65 year old female who has had health issues. In past years, I've often had to load things myself. This years garden center crew is top notch.

I appreciate that you have employees like Zack in garden to help find what I needed. He was extremely helpful and gave world class service. I wish all home Depot stores had this kinda employees. He deserves to be recognized for his friendliness and attitude. Kudos to you Zack in garden I felt like I have known you all my life and only spent a little time with you. You Rock

This store is always friendly and helpful

Home Depot is my favorite building supply, I just wish the Toccoa store was larger. I live about half was between the Toccoa store and the Home Depot in Clayton, GA and shop in both stores.

Great place to shop at. Everyone there knows what they doing. friendly people.

Employees here are super friendly and always eager to help. So glad we have this Home Depot near our small town, however, Home Depot needs to provide this store with a saw like the larger stores so the employees have the ability to cut boards, etc to fit customer needs.

Really happy with the selections for what I went in there to purchase and there was a good sale going on. I bought a sale item while I was there. I actually bought more than I anticipated buying when I went in because of the great selection I found.

Just about once a week, I go to our local Home Depot. I always find plenty of the items I want. And the staff is always friendly, polite, and very helpful. I highly recommend all to shop at the the Toccoa Home Depot. It is incredible.

We’re from SC and travel all over the states on our job. My husband is a contractor and we go into many Home Depot stores. This store in Toccoa was the best we’ve ever been into. It’s not new from what we were told but you couldn’t tell it. It was super clean and so well organized from the minute you walk in you know where everything is. If you look like you’re lost for some reason a nice employee quickly asks you if you need help. We had three that we got their names and they were Helen, Javon and Nicole. But there were also others we didn’t get their name. We do not get this help in SC at all. Their rude and on their phones and walk away from you so they don’t have to help you. You should be so proud of the employees you have in this store. I can’t brag enough on them, because kindness in this day and time is very rare unfortunately. They all deserve raises.

I had purchased a bunch of stuff for a home project, and when I was working to get it loaded, Able one of the staff pitched in and help me load up. It was above and beyond service.

The Toccoa store will be my go to store from now on.

Clean store, very nice employees, very helpful

Sometimes I come away from this store with a smile on my face, knowing I have a great store. Other times, I so frustrated that I want to find another place for my business.

This is the only HD I know if with a self checkout that is anything but self. THere are two self checkouts and most of the time both are closed. The other times, you are not allowed to check out without the assistance of an employee...even if there is a long line.

For years I purchased product from the competition and have had to replace it all because they had a short life span. I have been totally satisfied with HomeDepot.

I bought all the material i needed to replace my 15' x 15' and 12' x 12' decks at Home Depot. The deck looks great. It very helpful that at HD you can always find what you need for any project.

The Home Depot in Toccoa is a breath of fresh air in a time when many businesses are understaffed and poorly trained. Their associates seem always to have a good attitude are very knowledgeable and very eager to help. I am thankful for the good training they have and exceptional environment they created in the store. Keep up the good work!
