Clean store, well-organized, and friendly employees. Doug the loading guy is clutch.

This store is clean, and the folks working most departments are super knowledgeable. Everyone's helpful.

Jim is the absolute best. I came in at 7:20ish because my wall anchors that came with my shelves broke. Jim gave me a discount because they didn't have a smaller package. He listened to what I needed. Plus he made sure that I knew I was putting everything in the wall correctly. He instructed for me how to do it correctly. However, Jim was great at listening as to what I needed.

The paint department worker clearly had no enthusiasm to be working and she didn’t seem to care about moving any faster (or call for help) to accommodate the growing line. She was incredibly slow, irritable, and generally seemed annoyed to be working there at all. It’s ridiculous when the elderly gentleman in front of me was only getting 1 quart of paint and he said he had been waiting for over 45 minutes!!

The most amazing thing bout this store is that I knew several of the employees since I've been coming here for over 25 years. There are several employees who are experts and extremely knowledgable.

I called ahead to check if the item I needed was in stock. The employee checked the stock on her computer, then went to the aisle to confirm the stock was there, and gave me the exact location of the item for when I arrived at the store. When I went to pay there was no line! I was in and out in no time!

Keith in the lock and key department, asked if I needed help and then took care of helping me shop for something that was complicated for me to do. And, he went out of his way to provide other services that would be helpful that I did not know about.

This store was well stocked, had good, helpful staff,who knew where things were ,and were very willing to take you to the counter location rather than just giving directions . That made a big difference. I really appreciated it. it saved me a lot of time..

It is gardening season and I am a beginning gardener. Employees are always willing to go the extra mile to determine what I need and, answer my questions and then direct me to the best products for me.

Employees are rude and not very helpful. You always have to hunt someone down, if you need help. Not a good place to go for your daily hardware needs, unless you are a contractor.

So when did Home Depot start the “assisted checkout” and get rid of actual people at the checkouts? I went on a Friday afternoon to purchase tile. Not a single cashier line open. My only options were self checkout and assisted checkout, which was really more like self checkout with attitude because none of my items had bar codes. Have you ever tried to get assistance at the self checkout at Kroger? It was like that. Come on Home Depot! You’re better than this! Hire people!

Jeree and Coreen were the kindest, friendliest employees EVER! So appreciative of their assistance.

The employees at this location always go above and beyond when I stop in.

Customer service is hands-down the best I’ve ever had. Cindy was a great help and went and got some lightbulbs because I got the wrong ones and it helps speed up the process of checking out. Janice was helping bag up all of my items while Sandy went and got the new lightbulbs. What a great team. They help each other out so much and are so nice to all the customers.

this store seem to be one of the cleaniest and organize in the garden section which i mostly go to.

I love the Thompson Lane Home Depot store in Nashville. There are always friendly employees working there that try hard to help you find things you're looking for and are knowledgable in answering any questions I have.

The following people are very knowledgeable of product services that Home Depot sells and they demonstrate outstanding exceptional customer service
