The associates, Matt and Daniel in the flooring department were very helpful and friendly and made a bad experience end up a good one today!

I buy at four different home depot stores for my rental properties located in different states. This store is one of the best. Knowledgeable staff who are very helpful and go to great lengths to help you find what you need. It is my favorite store. Has been for more than 20 years.

This store is clean and very organized. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Home Depot does not price match in lumber, and nobody even offered to help load it in my vehicle. The quality of the lumber at premium prices was very poor, and the #2 deck boards were incorrectly priced as premium in the #2 bin. When I told them this, they didn’t even offer to go check.

This store has very well qualified CSA's. They are always helpful and can help me since I am visually impaired!

Great for purchasing items off the shelf. Don't waste your time trying to get assistance buying an appliance.

Not enough employees working the floor. Many of the employees lacking in product knowledge and not helpful.

COV-19 safe and highly helpful staff. Walked in was greeted and directed to the items I was shopping for. By chance, got to meet the National Store Manager. Very professional and dedicated family man with a new baby due this year. The atmosphere of this location is at the top of any location I have ever visited (and I am a plumber)

This place is the WORST. The employees don't know where anything is and don't know how to help; if you can find one. "You can do it. We can help." This use to be the case with Home Depot, but not anymore. It's like everything else in America these days. Quality is out the window and has been replaced with cheap parts and tools where it's all about the bottom dollar. I feel like Ron Swanson walking around this store when I interact with employees: "I know more than you". If you have to ask which aisle the item you are looking for is on, usually the employees pull out their phones and look it up on the home depot website. I could have done that, but figured asking an employee would have been quicker! I will never shop here again. IT IS THE WORST.

This is a small store with a very large amount of customers coming in during our visit, but the volume of customers didn’t take one bit away from the courtesy and service we received.

The associates were professional and knowledgeable. I wanted a specific item and they worked as a team to acquire it. Kaella especially put a lot of work into acquiring it. I was offered a motorized shopping cart for handicapped shoppers. A plus! Other items I needed were made available by different associates who explained how to use them. Organized, well lit, clean, this Home Depot was a pleasant environment for a most infrequent shopping experience I needed. Thank you for assisting me, especially as it more difficult for seniors who are disabled.

Complete violation of Nashville REQUIRED Phase 2 social distancing requiring all employees to wear face masks. At this store, my estimate 20% of employees did not have a face mask at all, of those that did, probably a a quarter had it around their neck or hanging from an ear, but not covering mouth or nose, .and another quarter only had their mouth covered and not their nose. Home Depot--- BIG FAIL by store and region management. COSTCO...they are the gold standard.

It took me four trips to this store in the early morning hours to get a sheet of 1/4 x 4x8 one good side plywood and have it cut. I either could not find anyone in the lumber department or when paged no one showed up after 10 to 15 minutes so I left until this morning when a person actually showed up after being paged for me as I entered the store. By the time I walked to the lumber section he arrived about three minutes later. Home Depot does not carry replace hammer, hatched handles only new products; I do not through my tools way, I repair and reuse!! I 76 years of age and have had 13 back surgeries otherwise I would never asked these people to help as they say they will do! They will help if you can find someone if it is their department!

I went specifically to rent a carpet cleaner. I felt like a number, not a customer. The guy did load the machine for me. When I got home the machine did NOT work. When I drove the 10 miles to get a replacement, I was not given an apology for my trouble or time. I wasn't offered a replacement for free to make up for my trouble. So, I returned the machine. My whole day was wasted, and no apologies were given. I'm very unhappy with my experience here.

This used to be the nice Home Depot... it's kind of fallen into disorganized chaos. Frequently out of items, apathetic employees, a nightmare parking lot. I hate shopping here.

Store and outdoor area at noon time was a mess carts everywhere and contents of a concrete bag on ground in contractor loading area.

This store is always very busy but it's always very clean and the products are very easy yo find. The associates in all departments are always friendly and helpful.

It’s because of Hannah who works there. She went above and beyond to ensure I could get the lumber I needed, and the cuts I needed (she delivered the measurements directly to that department!!!) which meant I didn’t have to come into the store which is something I did not want to do in Covid time. Homde also was excellent because she spent 10 minutes finding Hannah and not giving up the search (since I had called in earlier and Hannah pledged to help). Good teamwork there!

I cannot begin to describe how helpful everyone at this store is on a regular basis! And during this crisis time, they truly need to be applauded! From David and Keith in Hardware to Soloman in the blinds and Janice in power tools, I cannot say enough good things about them! These are just four of the people who have helped me and each went above and beyond in a time when you would expect the bare minimum from customer service workers who you know must be exhausted. Again, best store to visit! Always clean, fully stocked, and helpful beyond measure!

This location has some inventory not offered everywhere which is nice but on the other hand parking with a trailer is tough and the canopy checkout area can be hit or miss regarding how easy it is to get checked out and on your way.

Jose made our key for us quickly and was very friendly!
