Found the refrigerator I needed with the assistance of two store associates which were friendly and helpful. The store was clean. Looking forward to my delivery going as smooth.

This store has a number of employees that are always helpful and I look for them when I need something in a variety of departments--everything from electrical to plumbing to hardware and paint. Great store, friendly people, awesome service!!

I love this Home Depot, I went on my lunch hour, had a return and two items to purchase. I was in and out in no time with every employee greeting me and ready to assist me, it was great!

Great service. Every time I have visited I have always been greeted by someone and they ask if I needed assistance.

Debra that works at the PRO Desk is outstanding. She is definitely someone that I would call again for help.

Employees at this store are not very informed as to where items are located and they don't seem to thrilled about trying to help you either. When I went to check out there was only ONE cashier. All the other options were for you to check yourself out. Again, not a very friendly store.

The store was clean and easy to move around in. I had no trouble finding what I needed, and the staff was wonderful!

The store is great; what makes it outstanding among other great stores is the fantastic hotdog, etc., vendor in the parking lot.

The Prodesk staff is once again excellent at their jobs. Need materials for job, let me know they could get it and how Quickly I could get the product. Asking the right question and had to buy more material to get job done right, Thanks again Prodesk staff.

Experts throughout the store (such as the pro plumber) are very generous with their time and insights, helping customers solve tricky problems.

Danny Boy- went above and beyond to help me when I was in over my head. Other associates you get arent always like that. Its surprising how much a smile and a kind word will do for people- but he went beyond that to really help me out with advice and cutting wood.

I had a great experience thanks to Kevin, who helped me in the power tool section with purchasing a power tool with which I was not familiar but knew I needed. I couldn't find it. He did! He was patient with my questions about the tool,explained which was the best in my price range and why, and explained how to use the tool properly to make my task easier. He was very knowledgable, efficient and courteous! A great employee for Home Depot! All store employees were busy but helpful and friendly, though they needed to refer me to the correct person to help. The store was clean. The store checkout person was also cheerful and helpful.

I usually look online prior to running in though because specific items may be gone. I tend to drive down to Spring Hill for doors... Overall, clean and in a nice area! The guys in the loading area and appliance area are helpful!

The store generally has knowledgable staff in various departments during the week (a little less on weekends though) and is tailored a little more for pros. This is my "go-to" store.

This was my first time to visit this particular Home Depot. I live on the other side of Nashville, and although I shop at Home Depot on a regular basis, I was impressed with the neatness and order of this store.

Crowded, crazy, messy and not well organized.

Never enough registers or employees. Paint department never seems to be on it. One of the busier stores you would think they could at least do that. Some employees very helpful and nice though...and some just don't care

I feel comfortable shopping here. I know where the items are and they are easy to find. It is close to my job, and the staff is friendly.

The service at the 100 Oaks location is impeccable. The service desk associates, Keith, Cyndi, Pearson, Carolyn and Jim are always consistent. There is nothing they won't do to make the customers feel valued or to resolve a problem. The ASM's and Department Heads are always accommodating. When a DOT COM order is not right, they do their best to correct the problem. I know that DOT COM is a separate entity from the local stores. I appreciate them and their efforts to make each in store experience an enjoyable one!

The Thompson Lane Home Depot consistently offers assistance in a friendly atmosphere.

Store was clean and it was easy to find what I needed. I only used two aisles that were back to back which was very convienent. They have a large selection of products but even larger selection online. Employees were very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The lines at checkout were getting lonog but more employees came to get the line down. I was in line for about 3 to 5 minutes before I was being checked out.

This is my favorite Home Depot to come to! So convenient
