This store has excellent employees who really do care about customers

Customer Service in this store is amazing, I drive 45mins to come here for that reason (as well as stock) when I have another HD store 2-miles away. Kim in customer service is one of the kindest person I have met.

Great customer service, even with insignificant profit items like small hardware or plumbing items and questions. Far superior to competitors, especially the soon-to-be open competitor across the street from them! Don't abandon ship for a new kid on the block. Trust me, Home Depot is the solution for QUALITY products at reasonable prices, and the associates CARE about you and what you need!

Went to the Taylor store because I needed a new refrigerator. My sister told me to ask for Wendy, she had just purchased her kitchen appliances from her. She was so helpful!!! I had gone to many other stores and found she was the most helpful and knew the most about the appliances I needed. I will definitely go back!

I WOULD RECCOMEND THIS STORE BUT IF I WAS A PARENT OR GRAND PARENT I WOULD NOT BRING A SMALL CHILD INTO STORE AS BATHROOM WAS FILTHY AND THE STORE WAS NOT CLEAN BUT ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE ME A HAPPY SHOPPER AND DID A GREAT JOB ON HELPING ME GET WHAT I BOUGHT INTO MY TRUCK I DISABLED AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON HELPING ME OUT

The staff at this store are the best, very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in any department. They all appear to know each other's department. It is a smaller store compared to others, which can be very helpful all around: quick help, quick checkout, one-on-one assistance without feeling rushed, etc

This is our favorite Home Depot location. The associates are always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Excellent service an atmosphere. The man in the paint department was very helpful as was Kent, the cashier.

Michelle and Gary are great people to work with in the equipment rental department. I would recommend an equipment rental at the Taylor store.

If you need any large appliances go see Wendy! She did such a great job a year ago when I bought a range, and did the same now! I just bought a washer and was so pleased with the service, delivery and all of the extra information and help. This is the only store I will go to in the future

Recently I went looking for a new thermostat. A knowledgeable employee named Ken was able to direct me to the right one while explaining why my first choice was not compatible.

Emily in the paint area is awesome. I work in management and she has everything a manager would want in an employee. My job just started a new focus called S.H.O.W (Smile & Greet, Hear their Story, Own the Moment and WOW the guest) and she nailed it. My 9 year old daughter fell in love with her, she's big on customer service and she kept saying mommy she is very nice and as we got ready to depart the store she asked me if we would tip her. She went above and beyond while assisting my family in picking out paint colors for our home.

Home depot has very knowledgeable employees and go above and beyond to help you with your issues. Thanks Ken for all the help.

Home Depot is my go to for purchasing items for our new home!! Super clean and employees are helpful and polite!

Between where I live, work, and shop, I have access to four Home Depot locations and seven other home improvement/hardware stores. This is where we go, even if it is out of our way on a particular day. The employees there have always been more helpful and knowledgeable than at any other store. When we purchased a HUD home, they were extremely helpful and we purchased almost of our materials and appliances from them. My father in law just moved here from Texas and began refurbishing a house and he has found the same thing, they are the best around.
