Will never special order items from this location again. Their receiving department is no efficient and after 7 weeks had to lose money on items use and go a different route to even finish the project because they couldnt check in or provide the product that showed delivered to the store for pickup that I paid for

Very disappointed in the order process in the store. Ordered some flooring on May 18th that was ship to store. It shows it was shipped timely and there was a huge delay from fedex, which i do not hold home depot accountable for however, fedex shows delivery of my flooring to the store on June 10th which was already 3 weeks after order. I called multiple times the next 4-5 days and was always told the item just arrived that day and truck hasn't been unloaded yet. That doesn't seem to make sense to me because it was delivered by fedex with a signature delivery. It was not until 7 days after it arrived at the store that I was told that i could finally pickup my complete order. This was on the evening of 17th of June. I went in on 18th to pick flooring up that has had me on hold finishing my project and then find out that there is a box of flooring missing even though it was checked in as all items arrived. We are now a month into a ship to store order for a total of 11 boxes of flooring and still missing one. After being at the store nearly 2 hours with customer service (which i will give alot of credit to Shawn at service desk for trying to help), I get told all that can be done is reorder and attempt to have order expedited however after he spoke to someone on the phone saying that this was the fastest service they offered so I had no choice but to wait until they can get deliver between 24th and July 1st. This is another long delay in this project that was caused completely by home depot. i was also advised while I was waiting to get thing sorted out and for them to find my other box of flooring and then reorder the missing box that I would be compensated with a discount or gift card for the very long delay on the order and then now the errors on their shipping/receiving department and not having product as stated and now an additional 1-2 week wait time and multiple hours at store trying to pickup order that was stated to be ready and figure out the missing box. At the end, all I got was the missing box reordered and advised to have a good day and they would expedite as fast as possible. I appreciate all that but at same time the delays and hours of my time being wasted in the store that I told would be compensated for was never done as they said. This was not something I asked for but when it is offered as a way of accepting responsibility and compensating a customer for their errors, I believe they should have done as they said. It appears it was just something to add to the conversation to try and make sure any other customers around that could hear the conversation thinks better of their customer satisfaction even though they never followed through on it. Not happy and will never order anything from this store again, if an item that I need from Home depot is a ship to store, I will have to go to another location which is disappointing as this was my local go to home depot for purchases

Had a great shopping experience at this location Because of an awesome worker named Gary. He went above and beyond to help my husband and I find a special entry door we were looking for. Great attitudes & helpful staff. Much appreciated! A++

I was trying to buy spray paint to finish a very time sensitive job for a client and the head cashier or woman watching the door wouldn't let me purchase the spray paint I grabbed from the shelf. This store has the worst service of any home depot I have been to so far.

Considering the Coronavirus pandemic situation, The Taylor store customer service was very helpful and didn't take long getting in and out of the store in a safe manner.

The Taylor Home Depot store Has the friendliest Associates by far. Most all the departments have a former professional working in them. They can answer questions and make suggestions based on experience. The Pro Desk is fast and efficient with great personalities. I have been at other stores and found it difficult to get help. Everyone in this store is friendly and helpful. I will drive out of my way to stop at this location.

Clean, organized, well stocked, but the customer service specifically is top quality and why we keep coming back!

I've been shopping at this location for years & have spent tens of thousands of dollars here. The staff here is approachable, friendly, welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. Norman in the paint dept, that's been there for eons, is top notch!! Seriously you couldn't find a better more informed paint guy if you tried. His last name is probably Behr. Jon in appliances was like having a walking encyclopedia on dryer vents when I asked gim questions. Theresa that works in the Return area is wonderful. Spent TONS of time helping me with security cameras and smart door locks. AND Rene that does the kids workshop is a Godsend!!! Just a solid good group of down to earth caring people. ALWAYS have been IMPRESSED & I am happy to spend my money here.

Never again will I come back to this store, every purchase takes FOREVER.

How is a store out of osb? Lumber associate was useless

The store itself is great, but the contractors they use for the carpet measuring service is HORRIBLE! After taking a day off of work and then them canceling on me at the end of the day, I was willing to give them one more chance. I took the morning off of work because they would be there "first thing". Yeah, right! At 8:15 a.m., they called to say they would be there between 12 - 2 p.m. I canceled my order and will find a new place to purchase my carpet.

Best Home Depot around! I have two other locations closer to me but they do not even come close to how clean, organized and knowledgeable employees this one has. If you need a quick shopping experience with no waiting on the only cashier or having to scan yourself out because they’re not willing to pay another employee so you can have an overall wonderful experience you need to go to this location. Everyone is so willing to help and you can actually find an employee around pretty much every isle.

Home Depot is a good store as long as you don't need assistance. As soon as an order needs to be made and a professional Home Depot installer needs to come to your location is where Home Depot fails at providing customer service. Worst experience ordering a professional service to be completed at our house. We have completed several projects at several homes and used a few different Home Depot location and still didn't have as many issues as this store.

There are 3 Home Depot stores I could go to, this by far is my favorite. My mom went to the other store in my city and was blown off by an employee. Eureka store at 75 in Taylor has always been the most helpful.

I shop here often for my home. I like the way the store is organized and I appreciate the friendly staff. If they can’t answer a question, they will find the person who can. I am always greeted and asked if I need help. Returns are a breeze.
