Everytime I’ve entered the Taylor Hoke Depot, I’m greeted with a smile and asked how I’m doing. Everyone has no problem in helping out or answering questions, even if they’re unsure, they always find someone who can help me! More often than not, this store always has the tools that I need to get the job done as where other stores may be lacking in stock.

Maddie was great. We hadn't microwave shopped in 10 years and she was very helpful. She covered the entire process and answered all our questions. Very professional and thorough.

I go to many home depot stores this one is always the best.

During checkout. My items were probed by an employee. Rifling through my items before I could scan them. When asked what she was doing, she states she couldn’t believe the price of the one item I had scanned and paid for. I’m assuming that she thought I was stealing the remaining items in my basket. I asked her again what she was doing. She states again that I had multiple items and only saw me pay for one. She saw me take a photo of the receipt with my cellphone before she came over. I them inform her, the first item was paid for on a different credit card, the remaining was to be paid for in my personal card. I ask her why didn’t she just ask? She apologized but gave no answer. As I’m scanning my other items she’s still standing there watching, and I ask her it would have been great if she would have asked before proving my basket.

My husband and I have been coming to this Home Depot for almost 15 years. We recently came in to find a replacement for our broken refrigerator. Maddie was super helpful. Wee went back and forth between 2 different ones and she was very patient with us and helped us decide what we're fit or needs best.

Home Depot, Eureka Rd, Taylor, MI, has an accommodative attitude for any product need. The staff is professional, Knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. It’s a pleasure to do business with Home Depot, Taylor, MI.

Store employees make your shopping a happy experience

So happy when I go into this store and Matt and John are at the pro desk. Those two go above and beyond to make sure your taken care of, on top of a pleasant attitude and doing what they can to make it go smooth for the customer and answer any questions they may have.

During the 20 mins that I was in the store, not one employee greeted me, spoke or asked me if needed any assistance, literally not one & I saw about 5 different employees just looking for my item! Thankfully I was able to use outside resources to find what I was looking for!

Pete was very helpful and knowledgeable. Got me to the right materials and tools in need of especially my drain cleaner.

My second appliance purchase

Would rate this a zero if I could. Was billed 6x the rate by the contractor for a simple toilet install with flange. Contractor can't/won't explain the outrageous bill and Home Depot is going to roll with the amount. Was totally fleeced and the store manager is okay with it. WOW. Telling me you "understand" my "frustration" doesn't excuse your store's duty to vet the contractors and support the customers. DO NOT get any installation services unless you can wield a wild blank check for outrageous charges. No longer a Home Depot customer as a result of this experience. After talking with a few coworkers, turns out this isn't an isolated case. Go figure. Consider yourself warned!

I was very pleased with the experience that I got from Norm, an employee in the Paint dept. The store did not have a quart of the paint that I needed but he made a mixture which was the exact color I wanted. Norm was very nice, unlike an experience that I had with a lady in a different Home Depot employee just 2 days prior. I also had a helpful experience with 2 women, Chris and Cindy. I needed a particular solar battery with certain specifications, and they both helped me find what I needed.

The store itself is clean, well stocked and the employees are always very helpful. If you ever need flooring or blinds, see Juan. He will do whatever he can to make sure you're happy.

We have been Home Depot fans over other businesses for the variety and lumber prices. Staff is kind and attentive, easily spotted if one needs assistance.

This store always has what I need.

The guidelines say to avoid writing about customer service, but that’s why I’m doing this review. I came to find wasp spray and something to keep squirrels from digging in my flowers and I had no idea what I needed. I chose to come to Home Depot because I knew that I would be able to find help. I walked into the store to pick up the wasp spray and a young man approached me and asked if I needed help. I said yes! He was able to show me exactly what I needed and I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. I shop here because I always find what I need and I always find help. I love my Eureka Road Taylor Home Depot.

I went in looking for a specific kind of stepping stone and the employees went above and beyond to help me find it.

Purchased washer and dryer and Maddie and Jane made our experience great. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
