HD would not honor my military veteran ID.

Went to this store and had some problems with a couple of windows blinds, after two return visits mt issues were totally resolved. Thank to Mandy Chapman Great customer service.

I was very impressed with the store from the minute I walked to the minute I walked out. I was greeted upon arrival & accompanied to the department I needed to go to. The associate was able to find what I was looking for (concreate stain) mixed it for me and helped me right back to checkout where she explained how much I would save by opening an account. Very friendly and professional!

We went for some home improvements and somer our cashier was so very helpful, asked us if we found everything, helped check us out, and just overall helped!! Will continue going there!! James in the plumbing dept, was very helpful!! Showed us where and what we needed and actually spent the time helping!!

Pretty clean store. I come here usually because it’s in my location of work. Other stores or Home Depot’s you can’t get ahold of anybody. The workers here will talk to you and help you with what you need. It’s nice to be greeted and thanked.

Employees at this location are eager to assist with questions about your home project and helping you save $$$. They are knowledgeable about the items you want to purchase. For instance I bought a light to go over my kitchen sink and the employee explained how long the item would last and advised me to save the box it came in, so if it didn’t meet that standard I’d have a hassle-free return. Great follow thru

Although it is a smaller location, it is clean, organized and well stocked. The employees are helpful.

First time back in the store for awhile as I live out of state. Glad to see the store is still very clean. Very satisfied with the help I received during my buying process!

At our recent visit to the Taylor Home Depot, we were assisted right away when we were looking at the snowblowers, the associate was very helpful with all of our questions. We also purchased some new porch lights and we had more questions which another associate answered. The check out was easy because we were paying by credit card. It was a good shopping experience.

Found the product I needed without going online to order thanks to Pete. I don't know what department or who is supervisor is (I think his name's Will) but I'd like to tip my hat to him and applaud him. I've been to other stores and if the worker didn't know s/he just left me out to dry. Not this Home Depot or Pete! This store has great employees that go the extra mile. Highly recommend and will be back.

This particular Home Depot was very clean very inviting when you walked in the door that had everything you need it for safety hand sanitizer plastic gloves boxes of gloves I have not found anywhere else truly stocked. But the greatest thing about this particular Home Depot was sales associate Will Love, he was excellent very Helpful very thoughtful, it was almost unbelievable and it wasn't early morning he was Grest truly helpful. Out of five stars I give Will (10). thank you so much Wll for your help.

Associate at the self check out was professional and helpful but not Valerie, from the return counter, not professional at all.

I placed an online order and when I went to pickup my order I was told I was at the wrong Taylor location. I didn't have time to go to the correct store. I texted the store where my order was and told them my problem and the person who helped me emailed me a return receipt and refunded my money to my credit card. I have always liked Home Depot and will keep shopping there. I'm very Grateful!

Loyal Home Depot and my husband Chuck and I for years always shop here. Always have what I need. Associate Pete went out of his way to help locate the mulch I wanted and then loaded them and sand into my car. Feel like an appreciated customer here. Great service.

Customer service is lacking....some days it's on point and others it's not...and when it's not it's really really not...

In a tizzy trying to find a water sprinkler timer and nobody had it but Home Depot did! Thank you to Mr Peter for helping me find it and Ms. Monica for checking me out. Both sweethearts. I don’t really shop at Home Depot but will be back. Thank you, thank you.

Was looking for a new chainsaw and after one worker sort of left me, another associate, Pete, was right nearby and helped me get the Ryobi cordless I had been looking for. He also made sure it was available in-store so I didn’t have to go to another store. Much thanks again, Pete, and Home Depot, the chainsaw works great!

Great store! Friendly staff! Norm helped me with a particular paint I was searching for and Pete helped carry down a generator, and then took it to my car. Definitely recommend Home Depot, especially this store!
