I purchased special order cabinets, Michelle was very helpful in placing the order making sure we got every thing we needed. She also worked with Pilar at the check out to make sure everything was processed corrected. They worked together and helped me a extra $25.00. Outstanding customer service. I will shop there again, and recommend others to shop at Home Depot Taylor East.

Customer service in this store is fantastic. I’m kind of clueless when I get in a big box store, but everybody went above and beyond to help me!

This is my favorite Home Depot. I have never had a rude associate and they are patience with a novice handywoman.

I live within 3 miles of 2 other Home Depot stores. I drive the extra 2 or so miles to visit this location because everyone is so helpful. I am always greeted by employees and asked if I'm finding everything okay. Even if they are with a customer. The customer service is excellent!

The associate was knowledgeable and the cashier was very friendly.

Whenever I've gone to this store I always am treated nicely by helpful professional employees! Which is why I don't go to the Home Depot closer to me.

Found everything I needed for a new home renovation. Randomly find really great sales and everything is SO clean! All employees are willing to help me the moment we come in contact, including the store manager when he is training new associates! The employees make me feel comfortable asking questions as I am a first time home buyer and am enthusiastic about renovations but I don't have any previous experience. Even the checkout is fast and the cashiers have always been so nice and sociable! This is the store to go to for all your renovation needs! I will not go anywhere else!

The best employees

Though the store is usually in great shape, the parking lot could use some attention, especially the roadway that leads up to the parking lot. The potholes there can damage tires and loads while swerving around the potholes.

They were the only home depot in the area that still had the snow roof rakes. They were very helpful when I called and again when we went in. I would highly recommend this home depot store.
