no problem locating items

Supervisor named MICHELLE is the worse ever. Rude and Has no customer service experience and lacks respect for customers. Home Depot should train her for basic people skills

The store is mostly clean and stocked well. Most employees seem knowledgeable and nice except for the flooring department. I’ve gone into flooring twice recently and been helped by the same employee, she is not knowledgeable or friendly. There is no sense of good customer service at all. No employees asking if you need help, when you finally find an employee the response I’ve gotten several times is “not my department” as the employee walks away instead of even offering to have someone called to the flooring department. The employees have personal conversations when customers are waiting for help, overall just horrible experiences in flooring.

first came to the Hammer Lane store 11/28 to purchase tiles (item 747583087126) which was on sale for $2.48. The flooring rep suggested that I purchase just one first to check on the size. He reassured me that there would be more than enough left when I came back the next day. He also stated that if there wasn’t, he could call the other store in town. I checked the size (which fit) and came back to the location the following day (11/29). When I went back to the store I was helped by Eugene, and he said they couldn’t find it anymore because apparently someone moved it. Eugene checked the inventory in March Lane and stated they had over 100. When I arrived to the location on March Lane, they told me that they only had 2 on hand and the inventory was incorrect. I called Eugene at Hammer Lane and was put on hold for over 45 minutes. He stated that he would call me back (after he would call Lodi and Tracy for their inventory). I waited the rest of the day, but he never called me back. I started my day at Hammer Lane 530pm and left March Lane 845pm (3 hours out of my day). I called the Hammer store today (11/30) around 4pm and was placed on hold and disconnected multiple times. I decided to stop calling and go back into the store. I asked customer service to page Eugene, but said he wouldn’t’ be available for 30 min. I then asked for the manager and was helped by Craig. When I explained the situation, he said “yes, i’ve seen them and just happened to pass by them in lumber. Luckily I was able to get them for the sale price, but I am still extremely upset with the situation. Below are the reasons why I am upset with this. - There was a lack of empathy from the manager of the situation - No follow-up from the store regarding my issue - Spending 4+ hours traveling from location to locations and being on hold during the phone. I frequently purchase from Home Depot, but the customer experience I did not leave me feeling valued as a customer.

Self check out was by far the best service I've had in any other home Depot cashier was awesome she went above and beyond to help.

MAKE A LITTLE MORE ROOM UP FRONT TO GET TO THE REGISTERS. PUSHING A BIG CART GET DIFFICULT MANUEVERING .

I shop at all your stores Stockton both of them Lodi and Tracy and Livermore I buy a lot of Company products for rain for rent

Horrible customer service, cashier by the name of Mary was beyond rude and made me feel like a thief. I have never been at a store where I felt upset and disgusted. Home Depot staff definitely need some training on customer service.

This store is always busy and it shows that they move a lot of merchandise. While a busy store may have a little wear and tear to it's image it also says that a lot of people trust it for having the items they need but also the price of the item.

I didn’t find what I was looking for just affresh dishwasher cleaner, app said there 5 in stock but ask employee it’s nowhere to be found. Don’t run in the store with the cart the so-called Drew, the safety manager will stop you tell you to stop because if you fall break your head open on the ground he will stand there and laugh, I ran because I thought the store was closing at 9:15pm they start dimming the lights, I know I was wrong for running and pushing the cart, but that not how you talk to a business member customer. The only best experience is the cashier at the return register, I didn’t get her name which I should of she made me felt I was a wanted customer, if you must do come to this store and want to walk out with a smile you need to come to her, she is the only African American employee at the return register.

This was my first and last trip to this location. Not only did i recieve horrible and poor customer service from Trisha, a cashier in the returns department but I never recieved any help when i requested it continously atleast 3 times over the intercom. I wouldve much rather retrieved the item myself but unfortunately I couldnt reach it. I understand that stores become busy but it is ridiculous that ive had to wait 30 minutes for anyone to help me. It is safe to say that I will not return to this store and would gladly drive to a home depot that is further away than to return here.

For home repairs and projects, I can usually find exactly what I'm looking for at Home Depot. The store is clean, organized and well stocked. Home Depot has very helpful and knowledgeable employees that provide great customer service.

Fantastic store I love it will always come back. Great associates and management . better experience at hammer lane than 1022 it seems to me and other customers Operations manager Greg is messing with head cashier Vanessa a a little to close for the bussines . They need new management

The store was clean and very polite associates . I would love to come back and shop . much better than the store on 1022 on feather river . the store manger hazel Vincoy is very Unprofessional. And her head cashiers are rude and always on there phones
