I easily found what I needed, and things I didn't realize I needed. Browsing the isles was a pleasure for me.

I usually drive to the Lodi store as the Stockton store on Hammer is the pits. However, I must say, I have noticed an improvement in the stores organization, and customer service. It’s nice to see…….

We only come back to this location, because of how amazing Rick, in the garden department, is. He is the kindest and most helpful person we’ve ever met. Rick rocks!

Employees in this store are exceptional. They are knowledgeable about product, product use and installation. I have shopped here for several years and received excellent advice and service in plumbing, mill work, fans and lighting, paint, and garden and general home repair.

ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT

I was very happy with the discount Stacey was able to provide.

While shopping I brought up a piece of molding that had a UPC sticker on it. The cashier scanned the product and it came up on inactive, The cashier turned to me and asked “ What do wanted to do because the UPC came up inactive”? I told her I wanted to purchase the item and she needed to look it up. After about 10 minutes I ask for a manager. I literally had to show the manager where this item was. This store has some major issues. At the same time a customer asked where the 5 gallon orange igloo water dispensers were. The cashier told her that they were a seasonal item and they didn’t have them. I informed the customers that they can find them in the garden department. The cashier looked at me stunned!

Employee M Singh gave me great customer service! He knew his product and department and made me feel comfortable in my purchase.

I have no knowledge of what my project needed, I just knew what I wanted it to look like. The team at this store has fantastic can-do attitudes. I was able to get my project done with their help.

The customer service there is very wonderful thank you all for doing your job a great job at that happy holidays

Excellent service, this is what brings me back to a store women aEmployee values me as a customer. Because you can really spend your money anywhere. But I rather spend it here because of the kindness and the attention that I received.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STORE, I WOULD GO NOWHERE ELSE FOR MY CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY NEEDS

I drove to the Stockton Home Depot because the item I needed wasn't available in the Lodi or Galt Home Depot stores. I needed help locating it, and ended up walking the entire length of the store, looking down every aisle for anyone who worked there. I saw one person who kept his head down and hurried away. The only other employee I found was behind the paint counter, and he didn't know, of course. So, yes I found the product I needed, finally. I was unable to get assistance. The store was clean. The associates (the few) were not friendly, nor helpful.

The Home Depot Stockton employees provides a stellar service. They always make my shopping experience a pleasure. Thank you

I came in today with less than an hour to spend, I was on my lunch. I had very little knowledge about garbage disposals so I was so glad when Roger came to my rescue. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel like I can do this. Gave me everything I needed and then off to the paint department where a nice gentlemen approached and asked "how he could help" I then explained my project and he gave me some info that made me realize I was about to purchase the wrong thing, I am so grateful for him. Then Sonja, sweet Sonja scanned all my items and was as friendly as could be. They all made my experience wonderful even when it was so busy. Thank you all for your help.

i called the store and spoke to Eugene about fencing, he told me the difficulties of getting fencing and i payed for the fencing for delivery, i called everyday and i asked for a call back, soon as it came Eugene gave me a call and they set up a delivery for Saturday, March 6. I own properties and i can say this is the BEST experience ive had at The Home Depot.
