irene took us to eugene and we bought two tuff sheds, they gave beyond excellent customer service!

This was my first time purchasing a Christmas tree for my first home. Rick, Nico/Miko and a third male associate (we didn't get his name, but he was African American) were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Not only were they attentive and helpful, but they each had a role in the transaction: to the selection, to fixing the awkward leaning of the tree, and finally securing the tree. Thank you guys and Happy Holidays!

Each time we visit the store we are pleasantly surprised. This last visit a representative by the name of Prince was wonderful. Making our experience even better.

Customer service at this location is horrible. The manager on duty today named Kim didn't make it any better. Needed an electric fireplace with console from a second shelf up high and took me forever to find someone who could help. Most employees here have no knowledge of the item sold even in their own department. The cashier Jazmin today I can say was amazing with her customer service and one other employee Anthony aside from the rest. Kim was called up to the front twice and until the second time she was called did she even apologize. The first time she didn't even acknowledge me.

I am very happy with my purchase. The employees were very helpful. Rick, (Garden department), went out of his way to assist me and I can not thank him enough. Will shop there again.

I ordered a lot of electrical items, I was kind of frustrated at first because I felt the order was taking long but I want to thank manager Tyler and the pro supervisor for talking to me and offering the best they had and letting me know they were trying to get it done and a extreme thank you to Rubi for doing the order and always following up with me, definitely dealing with her in the future!

This store is always clean and has plenty of merchandise on the sales floor. Never had an issue finding an employee whos was willing to help when I needed it. Have used this store a lot over the last few years for my home improvement needs.

Floyd dude from 9/19 am shift is rude. Home Depot thank you for your business but I’m going to Lowe’s and ace now. Your employees don’t care and are aggressive Im not going to go where I feel like someone is going to fight me I’m good off that not worth the time to risk getting arrested

Very appreciate for the service at a late hour on Saturday, find more easily than usual the assistance needed, the associate was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in getting a good deal.

Worst customer service ever! We were next in line at the door installation area. The employee helped with one of the client with payment and walk to direct them somewhere. With good faith, we waited for about 1 hr and found out that the employee dash to lunch without telling us. The other employees did not bother to ask us for help. No customer service. His name is Chris per the other employees. Customer service could not even help us at all.

Rick helped me, he was pretty cool.

Ordered Poratable Car Charger online said Stockton Home Depot had item in stock so I paid for item in advance then called at 8:00a.m. said item would be ready at 9:00a.m. for pickup. Went to store to pick up item and item was no longer in stock! took 3 different employees to find a replacement item which when i got home and open box was previously used. and much cheaper! Wont be shopping at Home Depot ever again!

I am going to start this off with the statement, you are only as good as your worst employee. And today I believe that I have found sadly the worst employee at this location. After the way she treated me as a customer it has me questioning the whole idea of supporting local businesses. I had a simple request of an employee. There was a material that was bundled together. Instead of just cutting the bindings I asked as sales associate if she would have someone assist me. After playing 20 questions she proceeded to talk with her employee about when her pay increase would show up on her check did she come to address my issue. Then she painfully cut one of the 4 binding straps and began to walk away. I told her that there where 4 straps, and with a huff, she cut another strap and then again started walking away. Again calling her back for the next strap and then again having to stop her from walking away before cutting the 4th strap. Finally with a huff, she stormed off, absolutely painful customer service. With my luck she was also the cashier that processed my cart, with an equally painful experience at the register. if the material was available elsewhere I would not have given them my business.

I am very disappointed they delivered my dishwasher today and I refused it because it had a big dent on the front door. I tried calling the store and waited for a long time on phone and was disconnected. Now I am on my way to the store. Very inconvenienced. Also during this covid-19 the delivery guys came in with no mask, gloves or shoe covers. We are over 60 yrs. old and have a toddler in the home. This is very unsafe. In the past month we have had stove and microwave delivered and all delivery guys had on a mask, gloves and shoe covers except today. Safety First!!!!

Entrance into store was well organized . Employees all had masks and gloves. Lines were provided as well as spacing. Nicely done!

I like this store.They consider me as one of the family.They take their time to help me and address me by my name. I can easily find the product I was looking for...I like the aisle locator marker and set up for each and every product at the store. Every aisle and the bin are very clean and orderly. Restroom are well maintained and very proper. The associates are very friendly and I can tell if they are new on the job and trying to do their best to please me. This store are good for this neighborhood MY neighborhood.

This store was really messy. We recieved helped from associate MaryJane which was extremely helpful. She still had to keep calling the associate to open up the lock because i wanted to purchase a tool. She called about 4 times before she was able to "catch" someone to help open the lock. I waited 30 minutes for that! I was so ready to leave the store, bit see that she was trying her best!
