Honestly everyone was so friendly and me and my family are new to Stockton! The first person we greeted me remembered me and asked how my project was going. Then a huge shoutout to Tasha in the paint department! She was the best and super kind. She was extremely patient with all my questions as well. Thanks!

I must share my experience today at Home Depot was absolutely frustrating to begin with but when Tony saw me looking bewildered, he immediately came to the rescue and began to ask me questions about what I needed. He made it so easy not only did he take an interest, and what my needs were to find things for my home, but he took the time to actually look things up that he wasn’t sure about to find out what they were, and took the time to explain each one to me and walk with me to get every item that I needed. And when other customers were approaching him, where is attention, his professionalism and his ability to communicate, assuring the other customers that he would indeed out them, and immediately call them And they waited to be held by him. He followed through complete line every item that I needed and wished me a wonderful day because of that I had to take the opportunity to write. Thank you Tony for your professionalism today you were the face of Home Depot and you did great!

I went in to grab some planters for my lavender and soil. I was greeted by Rick in the nursery section very politely. I walked around to check out the selection and was not disappointed with what was in stock. Everything was fully stocked for plants/blooming. I just took a look around since I knew what I was coming for. Once I was done I checked out with Rick and he was very friendly and polite. I definitely will be coming back to shop for my future gardening needs.

The personal were wonderful and friendly. In the paint dept. Ashleigh was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Took the extra time to make sure the paint I was buying matched what I needed..

The staff are always happy, and they know where everything is.

I just feel this store is neglected. Is is neat and works but I don’t see the up dates that other stores have gotten. The returns is a specific example

Cece and Adrian helped my husband and I with purchasing an edger and showerhead. They were very friendly and went above and beyond making our shopping experience very pleasant.

I moved to Stockton in 3013 I’ve been going to this store since

I needed to build a gate. Found everything under one roof.

They have a great selection of plants and trees, as well as a great garden staff!

But a lot of garden flowers and wood for deck patio and fence

I purchased a stove/oven, refrigerator, washer, dryer and lawn mower when we purchased our home. Now that I in need of a new oven, I came back to the trusted source. I can rest assured I will get the best price and customer service. I'd highly recommend when you're in need of anything.

We are so excited for what we purchase and the service that we receive . If you are looking to replace your floors look for Daniel Bubeck #355. He is the best person that can help you on your floor replacement needs. I highly recommend him.

Cashier was very unprofessional and wasn’t knowledgeable about the pro rewards system. Didn’t offer to ask someone for help. Just laughed between the other employee becasue I was frustrated with the transaction.

This year has been a little interesting at the Hammer Lane store in Stockton. I went to the garden section & needed some assistance. A young lady name Yvette was loudly slurping on her drink. I asked if she could help me, she nodded “no”! Didn’t know what my need was. She replied, “I’m a cashier “. Found a gentleman working in same dept by name of Rick. He was a great help. My opinion is, train the young ones “how to work”.

If you want great service ask for Hansel or Sonja

Sonja gave me the greatest customer service I have ever had at any Home Depot. I will continue to come to this Home Depot rather than the one closer to my house she made the trip worth it thank you Sonja. Home Depot should be proud to have her as an employee
