The folks that work here take good care of you and are very knowledgeable. Anything they may not know right away is answered by somebody that they promptly find.

I would definitely go to Sherwin William's which is the next plaza up for paint. The price is higher but the service is great. I can spend my money and feel appreciated. I served in the military for 21 years and the manager Jeanine wouldn't use my military card, military insurance card or Navy federal credit union card. You cannot get these cards unless you served in the military.

Home Depot Rock.

Very handy store for small home repairs. Staff is friendly and has needed advice.

Clean store didn't see many employees though. Otherwise pretty good.

I had no problems I like how they have the lockers where you can receive your in store pickups and not have to wait in line at all.

We were very satisfied with both the Garden Center and the regular home repair supplies. The variety of planters and bulbs available were just what we wanted. We were surprised to find Fairy Gardens already completed and what we decided to purchase for our granddaughter. The check out stations were well supervised and assistance was readily available.

Always a good experience at the Southfield Home Depot. Easy to find what I am looking for, store is clean and employees are helpful.

I love that the workers are knowledgeable about where things are located. Great personality home store. My most favorite store in Southfield Michigan.

5 Stars thanks to the remarkable store manager Adam. I went in for a seasonal item (rock salt) in July. Yes July, but I am using it for landscaping and I was told there were 125 bags in stock. An employee I asked initially, literally told me that, yes it is in stock but he was not getting the equipment needed to get me 4 bags bc it was stored away. ? What!? I drove from 3 towns over to purchase something I was told I could purchase. I don't get enjoyment by knocking people but this one employee's attitude was supremely rude. I turned to leave bc I didn't want to make an issue of it, but I felt so slighted that I asked to speak to a manager. The manager Adam completely reversed my negative experience and undid the damage caused by the first employee I spoke to. Adam greeted me with a smile and handled it. I informed him that if it wasn't possible to get the rock salt I wanted, so be it (I wasn't trying to complicate anything). He said it was not an issue, he'd do it himself if he had to, and 10-15 minutes (just a short wait) later, there he was with the rock salt. Personnel like Adam really keep business from loyal customers like me and my family, at HD. Please give Adam a raise HD, he saved the day bc it's not just about rock salt for goodness sakes, it's the bigger picture. Meaning that customers matter. I've spent 10's of thousands at HD over decades (on awesome things) and going the extra mile to help for a small job (like grabbing 4 bags of rock salt) goes a long way. Store Manager Adam for the win.

Basically a good store to shop, most of the associates are very helpful and friendly. Most of the times you can find what you are looking for; if you can not find it, go on line. And, the store is always clean.

This does not have the traffic of some of the other stores....So I go here if I know exactly when and what I need, and if I am short on time. The employees do not always ask if you found everything okay and if they can help me fine something. Sometimes I have to chase the employees to get help.

Excellent customer service. I always have a positive experience at the store.

The worker don't engage with the customers like some of the other stores: but the traffic is less which sometimes makes it quicker. But I really need to chase their employees to get help. I will uses this store when I am looking for clearance items, opps paints or things I know where they are in the store.
