The Store manager and employees dancing in the store was good to see during these ruff times it's good to know our front line workers are happy while they are working. I love the good vibe I get when I come to Southfield.

The sales associates were very friendly! Especially Bill in Home and Garden, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! :)

The Southfield Home Depot is very well organized and the staff associates are very helpful. I will only shop at this location.

DO NOT SHOP THIS STORE. They care nothing about the safety of their customers. I was in the store 7 minutes at 11:30 and someone cut the catalytic converter out from under my truck, right in the middle of the parking lot.

I had a great time while checking out, the cashier helped me with my items and was so friendly her name was Ms Lenora. Thank you for your help, was sun shine on a gray day of winter.

This store is always stocked, and have what you need if they don't they will get it for you... Not all of the stores are like this one.

I am always treated like a VIP when shopping at this Southfield location. Its easy to write a bad review and everyone does. But I want to point out in this review that the employees here do a fantastic job day in and day out. Good work ethics flow from the top down. So I want to believe that the top management of this location instills customer first practices in their employees. Every large home improvement store carries basically the same products. But what makes one store stand out is the employees. They are the first person the customer interacts with. Immediately their knowledge or lack of knowledge is apparent. In this Southfield store the team here knows their job. Especially at the PRO desk. It is always a positive experience dealing with Shay, Jane Wolfe and the others. Keep up that great customer attitude!

My wife and I recently purchased a investment property near our home in Southfield. We are doing a complete rehab of the kitchen and 3 bathrooms among other things to sale this house to a family. We ordered everything from the Home Depot Southfield store from cabinets, granite, flooring, lights, paint, insulation, drywall.....even the mulch and trees for the landscaping. The Pro Team is so helpful and has helped us organize our purchases. Pro Manager Jane is so nice! She is the sweetest lady ever and provides excellent customer service. Pro Associate Shay always goes out of her way to help me even when I just pop in for a quick purchase. It may seem extreme but I honestly have never felt so valued by employees at a store. They know us by name and treat us like a exceptional shopping experience is their #1 priority! With 38 years in customer service, I know that this type of culture starts at the top. So hats off to the Southfield Store Manager! You have a team to be proud of!!

The Southfield Home Depot Store Pro Team is amazing!! I recently moved to Southfield and started shopping at this location several months ago. When I first met the Pro Team, they arranged for me to meet the Store Manager Laymon. He took the time out of his busy day to meet me and thank me for shopping at the store. Priceless!! Every time I walk in the door, they greet me by name! They are always eager to help with a smile. Pro Manager Jane is so knowledgeable and works hard to offer the best customer service. Pro Associate Shay is a lifesaver! She takes care of all of my orders. I received an email about 2 items that were cancelled on my order. I went into the store to find out what and if there is an issue. When I walked up to the Pro Desk, Shay had already looked into the issue, contacted the vendor, and handled the problem without me even telling her! Blew me away! LOL All and all, the Southfield Home Depot store Pro Team has some amazing employees. I have told all of my friends and family to shop at this store whenever possible. They have raised the bar for my expectation of customer service!!

We just moved into the area so we have been taken many trips to this Home Depot. Every time that I go in, EVERY associate that I interact with is friendly and helpful. I am extremely impressed with the attitude and all around atmosphere the associates possess here. Very friendly and have answered all of my questions from the customer service desk to the pain department to lumber. Thank you!

This is the Home Depot of my choice. It is always clean, every item that I want to purchase is always in stock, and the associates are always helpful. Even if the store has many customers, there is always an associate asking if you need assistance (great customer service).

The return policy is ridiculous. I purchased a stove... no models in store so associate and I went through and ordered of line. Long wait for delivery understood due to COVID but within a week of receipt I knew I wasn't satisfied. Talked to mgmt who referred me to call GE direct. After several attempts GE referred me back to Home Depot as I purchased the stove from them. GE said it was a case of Buyers Remorse. Went back to Home Depot only to be told no returns due to COVID and the 30 day window was closed AFTER THEY SENT ME TO HAGGLE WITH GE NOW IT'S TOO LATE.

The employees were very helpful to me. They answered questions and helped us find what we were looking for.

Very friendly staff, they greet customers with a smile and try to help with any issues.

i go to this home depot often,very clean,and the customer service is great,,have been to other stors,could not find what i eeded,ended up at home depot,where i have been shopping every since.try this store you will love it too.

The store was COVID 19 compliant, staffs very helpful and pleasant

We ordered 8 cases of vinyl plank flooring online, to be delivered to the store; it took nearly a month to come in, and when it finally came, it was a case short. The associate kept trying to get us to accept the cases and refund the price of the eighth case; we finally got him to refund the price of all 8 cases. Completely disgusted with Home Depot, and store #2711 in particular.

obnoxiously long wait times for customer service returns; long wait times for tool purchases, waiting to be unlocked.

They had things in stock that I needed and quickly found someone to answer questions. Also the self-checkout lines were short.

I paid an additional $79 fee for an "express" delivery and the item was not delivered inside the 14 hour window the website promised. After asking for a refund for the "express" delivery fee, I was only offered a partial refund. I understand the situation our nation is in; but, the promise your website makes, the one I paid for, has not been met. I work hard, and the money I spend on conveniences are supposed to be convenient.

This Home Depot location is exceptional. Store Associates, such as Ashley and Nicole, are very friendly, helpful and very professional. I always find the Store Associates and Managers to be very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Even if an associate does not work in a particular department, they take the time to try to assist or find the respective associate. I highly recommend this store. They always have what I need and the store is very organized.

This is great store with helpful, proactive employees who try to help you even without you asking. They are just great. I do not know who is the manager of the store, but whoever that person is, he or she has done an excellent job of inspiring the employees to treat customers like their friends or family.
