Our visit x 2 to the Home Depot on Southfield Rd was pleasant and productive. We were greeted and helped with our product selections and checkout. Both Andrew and Kirk in appliances were absolutely pleasant and knowledgeable. Will definitely shop this location again.

I have shopped at this store for over 10 years. It can be a one stop shop for my house and garden needs. From kitchen to Flowers.

I’m visiting and Zoe was a ray of light. She smiled when she greeted us, she helped my friend with his project, gave me suggestions, and also helped another set of ladies. She was the epitome of a customer service agent.

The customer service while shopping sucks. I was ignored and treated like a nuisance when I finally asked a woman for assistance. When I got up to the register though, the cashiers were AMAZING. She was kind, courteous, patient, helpful. I had my cranky two. year old with me and she even offered to hold her while I looked for my credit card deep down in my purse. Just awesome. Because of her, I gave 4 stars and I will shop there again.

Very happy to have Tammy in the garden center check me out. She provided service and led me to additional and better products for my needs. I’m impressed! Her motto: “I like to treat others the way I’d like to be treated”. Home Depot found a real gem of an employee! Friendly, kind, and knowledgeable! She’s a real asset to Home Depot! Kudos!

Tammy, was a true example of customer service. She did not seem to be bothered when you asked a question, she offered assistance to not only me but to the other customers that she assisted.

Always there are carts & pallets of product blocking shelves- sometimes even access to the aisle. Every single trip! Price tags on shelves are missing. Products are in the wrong places. Employees are generally not to be found and if found usually won't help, living up to the Home Depot Motto: "You can't do it, we won't help" On the bright side, the cashiers at the real cashier stands are usually friendly & fast.
