The employees were very nice, and Emilio was especially helpful, and very likable.

I’m a new home owner & let’s just say, home depot is my second home. I normally purchase online & pick up in the store to avoid any hassles, but I find myself wandering this store because they always have a large inventory & I always find something else that I can use. The staff is super helpful

The sales agent was so nice.

Manager Daniel helped me with multiple services and I have three homedepot services because of Daniel Help. He also went above to help me change two garage door opener batteries. Great Service

A young man helped us find the light fixtures that we wanted. He even pulled up one of those large platform ladders to get what we needed. Awesome.

Went to ask for help and Milo tells me I can't have his cart and that I need to go outside to get one. Twice I was refused service for assistance obtaining a cart to buy a lawnmower. Then upon checking out, an employee that didn't want to help (same guy) comes right behind me fondling his coworkers hair as if she was not attending to me and I wasn't there. Not to mention, who just walks up to someone and starts playing with their hair at work without permission??? SO much I could say but in the end, isn't fondling someone's hair reason enough to have them not dealing with or working in front of customers? Check your cameras, it isn't an accusation.

I was debating whether or not to go yesterday because I knew it would be busy with it being the first beautiful day in April. I am so happy I did, though, because there were so many people around the garden center to help out. Everywhere I turned, someone in an orange apron was helping someone looking for something. And everyone was friendly. I always said hi whenever anyone walked by and asked if they needed assistance. So whoever does the scheduling, thank you for putting that many people on a busy, beautiful Saturday. My trip was quick and painless, and I left in a great mood!

On 12-14-21 I entered the Southfield Store looking for wood shims i walked into the lumber dept. and did not see them the only home depot employee i noticed over there was a lady name Sharen I said hi I need help finding wood shims and she just kept looking down at her cell phone as if i said nothing so i said it again and she then said i don't know where they are at but i will find someone so i stood there waiting and no one came and no one was paged on the loud speaker ,i went to look for Sharen and later found her and said did you find out any thing and she just walked away. I had to walk down to the service desk and look for the store manger Mr.Cummings to get help,I lost a lot of time that day,this is not good

Home Depot employee named Horace has the most wonderful customer service ever. They should clone this young man. If you have to come to this Home Depot look for Horace and you will know what great customer service is.

I recently handled a storm door replacement for my daughter's house in Southfield. I would really like to compliment this store on the service we received. Although there was a slight problem with the delivery schedule, the efficiency of the installation more than made up for it. Considering the difficulties retailers and contractors are experiencing due to the pandemic, the Southfield store did a fast, efficient job from start to finish. Thank you all.

Home Depot donates funds to suppress the vote in Georgia, I cannot continue to do business with a company that wants to suppress voting rights. Home Depot is working against the people who shop and support them. I will not be spending ANY more of my time or money in this establishment. You need to pick a side either you are a political puppet or a place of business. You cant have it both ways. Either you agree suppression is wrong or you start losing customers today. I am a member of the Military and as we always say "It's too easy, get it done! I will be back to home depot when you get your head out of your___.

I had an outstanding experience at the Southfield location. Service professionals Erik and Andrew went out of their way to help me secure the item I was requesting. Those two Gentlemen were heads and shoulders above others at another location and I would like to thank them again for helping me obtain the item I was respectfully requesting. I usually visit Home Depot to buy paint. I can't find my favorite Behr paint at any other store close by my house. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

Neat, Clean, Friendly Employees.

The store was out of very basic building supplies. Latta the cashier was very nasty to me and the customer in line ahead of me. Will never return because of her.

I don't expect to hear employees political opinions as I enter the store. He was loud, entitled and completely unaware that someone might not care or think what he thinks.

Everyone at the Southfield location exuded excellent client service. During this pandemic we all have been through a lot, but going into this store was a breath of fresh air. I was treated with warmth and kindness that well exceeded my expectations.

Every time I go into this store, the employees are helpful and friendly. The cashiers help keep the lines down by calling you over to their register. The store is always clean and it’s easy to locate items needed.
