I usually find the people in this store helpful but this lady Ellen who was working in customer service was very nice and professional. She went above and beyond to get me the right product. Saved me time to order online and wait days for the product. If there are many employees like her in the store then this store would be pretty unreal. I meant that as a compliment.

I had a wonderful experience JUST BUYING A WASHING MACHINE! (I was desperate after one month without one, and a "David" in flooring spent ONE HOUR helping me find what I wanted!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

I love my neighborhood Home Depot! There are always people around to readily ask questions, help find things I need and are very knowledgeable about their products.

If you need help in the plumbing department ask for Pete. He is very patient, knows where everything is, is an expert in his field, and has the knowledge to help you to solve difficult problems using both new and older technology and parts.

THe last two orders I had there turned into a night mare for me, I spent over an hour trying to load material in the rain, I asked for the material to be brought up front to load under the canopy but they said they could not do that , I tried to have the fork lift operator split the load but he said he could do it the way it was stacked, ended up having to separate it like I asked, all the boxes of items was left out in the rain and was soaked, went to pick them up and they fell apart. in the mean time I am soaked from standing out in the rain waiting for them to load my material, wish they had listened to me to begin with

The Somersworth store is far and away the best Home Depot I've shopped in over the years. The staff is friendly and they know their products.

The store has a great cashier named Diane she was very pleasant and nice to deal with

I enjoyed visiting the Somersworth Store because the parking lot was free of carriages (nobody wants a stray carriage hitting their car) and all personnel from the young man at the entrance, to the employees ready to assist in the different isles, to the check-out were all easily approachable and friendly.

Great costumer service if they don't have product they'll get it for you.

As Home Depots go, this one is kinda sad -- dingy and low lighting. Overall, if you've got the time, go to Rochester or Portsmouth Home Depots. Much more pleasant.

Keep doing what you're doing! Your associates give excellent customer service. As a woman who may not necessarily look like someone who does her own home improvement projects, I have had some negative experiences at other home improvement stores -- but in your Somersworth, NH store, your employees take my questions seriously. They treat me just as they would a contractor or someone buying big-ticket items. On my latest visit, A.J. was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and Ellen was very friendly and courteous at checkout. This level of customer service is SO appreciated, and keeps me coming back!

broken stock, stock that has been returned and repackaged, typically does not have all the stock that other stores have. disorganized.

This is one of the best Home Depots I've ever been in. People are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! I was the gopher for a major project last Sunday and ended up going there @ 5 times throughout the day to get stuff for an Intercom and Security Camera install. Every time I encountered people ready, willing, and able to help - with genuine warmth. A special shout-out to Pete, who was exceptionally patient and knowledgeable.

I am a veteran. It says so on my license. I don't have one of the ID cards that are on your list so therefore I'm told most times that I don't rate the veteran discount. Either I'm a veteran or not! I don't have this problem at Lowes or any other establishment that offers a veteran discount. I hope this fits your guidelines of a review. I would like an explanation. Thank you.

I had a great experience buying a ride on mower today. Home Depot Somersworth is customer responsive...so refreshing!

Every time I come to this store I am treated like a valued customer by friendly and helpful staff and sales associates go out of their way to assist me.

Not only do I recommend this store but I bring my clients to this store to purchase what they need. The only problem I see with the store and all other home depot is the amount of things they put in the center of the isles to display. they either need to make bigger isles of less items,. When you are trying to move building materials the isles are clogged with these items. it is not the stores fault it is the corp. office that does this and tells them what to display, But over all the Somersworth Home Depot is one of the best to deal with

All sales associates were very friendly and helpful, especially Mark in the doors and windows department who went out of his way to be sure that we purchased the right products for our home renovation.

This is a friendly place to shop and I seem to be here all the time. The people who work here are always helpful.
