This Somersworth store has an employee named Paul that knows anything and everything. I had a dilemma which I was hopeful could be resolved, Paul racked his brain and came up with a solution. Upon arrival another customer pointed him out and told me to just go see him, he knows everything.

We were getting lumber and the employees were extremely kind and helpful all the way to check out. You don’t see much kindness anymore so it’s refreshing.

I bought two large cabinets and had to load them in my car. The store was busy but this one employee Brent insisted on me pulling my car up so he could load my car. Brent was kind and helpful without me even asking.

Ellen at the pro desk was very helpful and concerned to get our military discount up and working. She spent a long time before finally succeeding always friendly and upbeat. Ralph was helpful on the floor helping us find wanted items. Also other clerks were very helpful and friendly.

I was greeted by every staff member and offerred help.

They alway seem to have inventory issues for example several oil tanks in stock with no legs.

I shop there frequently and may of the staff like Dennie, Norm, Ellen, Maura, Adam and others are excellent.

9 times out of 10, employees are super helpful!!

My shopping experience at Home Depot as a new and inexperienced homeowner was made exceptional by Amie, one of their employees. While searching for affordable lumber, I saw a low price on a tag, but it turned out to be inaccurate. Amie found me and offered to honor the listed price, which made me extremely pleased. I bought five boards and her amazing customer service significantly reduced my project cost-related anxieties. Amie's dedication and exemplary service make her a commendable employee, and I believe all Home Depot workers should strive to create the same outstanding experience.

I believe whenever ANY kind of rebate is offered employees should be aware of it & have the knowledge to walk the customer through it WITHOUT becoming visibly angry @ the customer who just wants the rebate & keeps asking what should I do? I was patient & even told both employees I wasn't upset with them but with a LARGE sign stating I would receive a rebate I thought I should

I’d like to leave a great review for Bill D in Lumber, and the Somersworth HDX team. It was nearly closing time and I needed a 4x8 hardboard sheet cut into 20 precise pieces. The staff was patient and graciously accommodated my request. Thanks for the great service!

I have visited this store for years because its always efficient and pleasant.

This location always has the BEST garden center supplies, and the best plants. I also love all their clearance appliances.

Came in looking for a specific fastener. Was greeted by a friendly employee, another employee named Mason helped us locate the fasteners and then he and his colleague Bob helped us test the size to find the one we needed. Thanks Home Depot!

Lawn and Garden cashier and Chet were the most impressive employees I have dealt with in a long, long, time. so very helpful.

We purchased our product last year and was very pleased with it. We ordered the same product for additional rooms again, because of how well they work and how smooth the order process went. Thank you for the pleasant help and taking the time to make it happen.

Had everything I needed for my projects

I was purchasing some paint at this particular store, expecting the same old uninterested interactions with employees. Boy was I wrong! Both of the fellows who were in the paint department, Elliot + Ron, couldn't have been more helpful! They were kind, knowledgeable, helpful and actually fun! So completely unexpected. And, upon my checking out, the cashier Susan was genuinely joyful and helpful! She took the time to listen to another customers story, while still getting the job done. First time ever, I walked out of that store with the biggest smile, thankful for what the universe had done!

The Somersworth Home Depot went the extra mile to make sure all my items were correctly ordered and a timely delivery to my home was set up. Thank you!

Early this morning after buying almost $1,000 in materials between answering emergency plumbing calls and juggling everything else going on I pulled outta Home Depot parking lot leaving my full cart of supplies in parking lot! Once I got about 5-10miles down the road I had realized what I had forgotten ALL the materials for the job i just purchased. Thank the gods two amazing employees Norm and Louisa @ Home Depot SomersworthNH store had grabbed my cart and came up to me as soon as I returned!!! They really saved me today! And are amazing asset to this Home Depot Location! And I believe they deserve a raise! Because if they went out of their way to help me this morning I know for a FACT. They’re doing same thing for other Customers!

I bought a AC on line, that company sent it to my home, yet it apparently it had been a returned item. Home Depot could not do enough to rectify the problem, they were so kind, caring and apologetic for the defective item. I applaud Shannon, Sue and Connor at the front desk, they are fantastic, so helpful, caring and kind. They represent Home Depot in a most special way.

The paint service area was extremely helpful and fast.

I was on my lunch break and in a rush. Keith was very helpful and patient while I struggled to use the new military discount app on my phone. His customer service was top notch. Thanks Keith.
