I was offered assistance multiple times through my shopping trip, which was great, but it was my checkout experience that stood out. My cashier was so wonderful! I had Jiovanni and I can’t say enough nice things. He was very helpful and he took the time to assist in downloading the app, securing me a military discount, and helping me navigate potential future deals. He was so pleasant to work with and had great attention to detail. I will definitely go back because of him!

I had an appliance issue that required warranty service. The Somersworth, NH store is staffed with very polite, professional and caring staff and management. My needs were quickly and thoroughly addressed by the store manager Bill and his co-worker Amy as well as the appliance specialist Christine. They demonstrated through their help that my concerns were important and my business appreciated.

Visit this store often. Lately for paint and paint supplies. Shortly will be in the greenhouse. Prices are good and associates are great. Love this store ❤️

I want to give this store a 5-star so badly, but I really dislike the setup where it forces you to walk nearly a mile to exit. The entrance and exit are just way too far from one another, and now with COVID, you can't exit the garden area, so if you need something in the garden area, it's a real walk. From what I remember, the store not offer any kind of motorized assistance, so I was on crutches one day and was ready to pass out from the exhaustion, not realizing the store was so oddly set up for the entrance and exit. ...........Simple changes would make it a 5-star.

Today was a great day as I received help beyond my expectations...Staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful.

We met with David Poulin twice last week to choose and order shades for our house. The original shade color we wanted was not available, so David said he would do some investigating for us and would call us later in the day. David did call us, as promised, and said he thought he found a blind color that would meet our needs. So we met with David a second time and his choice was just right and we immediately ordered the blinds. In our opinion, David went above and beyond the call of duty to give us excellent service. The wood they sold me was completely warped and unusable and no one offered to even help load it into my car

I absolutely love the Somersworth Home Depot. All the employees are so nice, you can find employees that are willing to help. No one will walk by me without asking if I need help. It’s clean and organized and I also drive 20 minutes just to go to this one!

Cashier that took my order should be commended for patience and professionalism.

Good store, helpful employees.

Lazy service center staffing. Went to get two propane tanks swapped out. Went to the service counter with 5-6 employees and no customers. I was sent to cashiers for purchase. No big deal. Went to tank trade kiosk outside and it failed, opened a gate for an empty/dirty tank. Pressed the "request assistance" button on kiosk. No one came.....ever. Went inside to ask service people to send out someone to help.. "You have to back to the cashiers". Again 5+ standing there, with no customers. Back to the cashier I made the purchase with. Told him I was told to come back to him. He even looked confused. He was great and got hold of someone on the walkie talkie to come help. The person who came out was great as well. Service center staff.... FAIL. Since there was someone in a different colored shirt, I suspect they were some level of management. FAIL. Why couldn't one of them pick up a walkie talkie.....FAIL
