A very people oriented store, great employees who are always helpful when you need help and the store layout is very clean and organized which makes it easy to find items that you are looking for.

I will be remodeling my kitchen, as it has metal cabinets, so I'm sure I will get the friendly help with my cabinet selection as I did with my flooring. I didn't feel as I was rushed in any way and that the employee took the time I needed.

I get the most help with my supply needs, and the associates help me out very much finding everything I need, and when I've needed an opinion on the grade or quality of a product, they have never let me down.

The customer service is terrible. The cashiers are poorly trained and the employees who work on the sales floor are unapproachable and often lack knowledge of the stores inventory.

Ellen and Jaime are awesome. Very helpful, made a crappy situation much better Thank you for everything.

I will definitely shop again at this store. I asked for help looking for an item and the man walked me to the very spot where it was located (painting/sanding masks) and showed me the various brands they carried. He was extremely helpful and I wish I had gotten his name. The lady at the checkout was very pleasant and friendly and I could tell she liked her job.

We managed to find yet another five things we didn't know we needed! Most importantly, we came across a beautiful Japanese Maple that he had to have. There wasn'ta price listed and the staff there happily got things figured out for us. Not only that, butthey helped us get the thigns we needed for the planting.Turns out that they had a fantastic deal on mulch and grass seed as well.

I actually thought twice about the warranty on the airless sprayer that I bought. The cashier pointed out the benefits of having the warranty, and I like the fact that I wont have to worry about the sprayer for a couple years at least.

I have been to the Rochester, Portsmouth & Somersworth Home Depots. By and far, the Somersworth one seems to be the most friendly and helpful. Nothing against the other ones, just Somersworth seems to go above and beyond for customer service.

As previously stated, I didn’t appreciate Marc and the manor in which he conducted himself today (February 15, 2019.) He insulted my crew and threw the items I was purchasing into my cart very aggressively while he was scanning them.

This store needs more help and work at keeping the shelves stocked . The workers are doing the best they can with what they have to work with

This store is always clean and best. What I think is their best asset is their employees. Everyone of them tries to help as much as possible, either with explanations, suggestions or even lifting and carrying.

I use this and the Rochester NH store very frequently. Once in a while I use the Portsmouth store as well. I find the Somersworth store to be more friendly (for lack of a better word). They really aim to please. Been using Home Depot for YEARS, and still find the Somersworth store to be the most competent and capable.

If you purchase an appliance, take it that day. We bought a freeze and they were supposed to "hold" it for one week. We went back to get it and they sold it to someone else.

I love this store, the contractors desk helped me with a compressor, they loaded it on a cart, went to the desk and were able to sign me up for a credit card, and a protection plan for the compressor. They even brought it out through the door and put it in my truck for me, Im a disabled old man and it felt good that these employees would take the time out of their busy day to help me, now I will be using Home Depot for all my maintenance and building needs, these employees are great and I enjoy my new equipment, thank you Home Depot

I was asked by two employees if I needed help finding anything, and then directed me to the appropriate location. They were helpful & friendly answering questions.

I have always received good service at this location.
