I went there around dinner time and couldn't find someone to help me on an electrical question. ( he was with another customer). I decided to go to the cashier (Teresa) to check out, and she was knowledgeable but paged the worker in the electrical department to verify. She was very accommodating and pleasant.

Everyone is so friendly and cheerful in this store! I will not shop at another hardware store, or for that matter, any other Home Depot because of them! The store is always set up so everything is easily accessible and if you are not sure where something is, the girls at the Service Desk are the best!

Everything is organized easy to find what are yu lookin for

Cashiers are always friendly and helpful. Love Mr. Nogueira, the greeter when you walk in. He always has a smile. Paint department is helpful and knowledgeable. Store is always clean, organized and well stocked. The "ship to store" section is organized and pickup is quick and easy.

Store is consistently out of everything. I have rarely gone in for a product and left with the product and satisfied. Stock is not kept up. Also employees are neither friendly nor helpful. Better off asking other customers for help.

Today my husband and I met with Jordan in the flooring department to discuss carpet options and installation. He was great! He was polite, knowledgeable, thorough and honest. It was very refreshing to not be pressured into buying something we might not be able to afford. It was a very pleasant experience.

The store was clean, and the people are pretty nice. But to be honest there is one really nice woman who works there, who is the only reason I go there because she is so great at her job. She is so good at her job that it upsets other people because she’s so nice and friendly and customer service and management treat her like crap and they almost make her cry which makes me want to complain to management about the other people who have seen multiple times to grade and treat this woman like she is less than them. When in all reality she is twice the work or they are.

The salesman was so knowledgeable and courteous. He informed us of further discounts available besides the sales price. We shopped around at other places and none could offer the deal that Home Depot had.

I find this store is very customer friendly. When I was remodeling my home I purchased everything from the Somerset Home Depot. Windows, kitchen cabinets, Everything needed to remodel two bathrooms. I spent a lot of money. Don't regret one penny. Unlike the Seekonk store where I purchased a laminate floor for my kitchen I had nothing but problems I paid for the installation and the sub did a terrible job that they had to come back remove the floor and put in a new one.

Shopped this store for years loved the under canopy out of the weather loading and UNLOADING. But now the new parking lot design has eliminated all under canopy parking. No big deal if you are a joe homeowner but if you drive a large van or truck forget it. After shutting off the canopy parking they negleted to alter the lot parking making larger spaces for contractors if you look at the yellow "pro" area its a joke way to few spaces and way too small. Add to that the rental trucks and its like they could care less about contractors now. Will be far less likely to shop here going forward

This home depot was a great experience and the employees were very willing to help .

The manager in the paint area helped me pick out paint for over an hour for my house. She really helped me as it was overwhelming but she made it so painless.

The Somerset Home Depot is a blessing to me. I am a single older female homeowner, and there is ALWAYS someone who can and will help me figure how to fix something, and choose the products are that I need to complete the job. AND, they are so nice!! I really appreciate the employees at the Somerset Home Depot.

I always am able to find help and they are knowledgeable. I also am aware that this store is always generous with time and material for local charities and on projects

I have been to a few different home depot stores. And hands down this store is the best stocked and has the most helpful employees, with the knowledge needed to answer questions costumers have.

Found the products the assistance was great always there to help sometimes you have to take things and there is no hastle

Dog friendly, staff is always welcoming, they all have a smile.......and always have time to say hi to my Dog....i think its great....

Great service while deciding on shades and brands

Horrible experience today. Went to buy a pressure washer. Only two in stock that I wanted. Both boxes mangled. One box opened. Settled for a smaller model for fear that ones I wanted were damaged or defective. Also looked to purchase an accessory for the pressure washer I ended purchasing. This item was advertised on box of pressure washer. They were as usual out of stock. Employee l spoke with didn't seem too interested in assisting me. Went to pay. Expected 10% military discount. Told discount didn't apply to item I purchased. On $370 total purchase, got a whopping $2.89 off. Either have the discount or don't have it but don't play games. Next time I'll drive the extra few miles to Lowe's.

This store is always well stocked and seems to always carry the items I'm looking for, the workers are friendly, helpful, and I don't believe I've ever had a bad or frustrating experience here.

I recommend this store. This store had everything I needed in stock. Also I would like to THANK Morgan, Jocelyn, Ashlie, Chris and Nick. I made a big purchase for my home and everyone of these employees helped with my purchase. They where polite, fast and very informative. They all had a smile while they helped me with my difficult purchase. I will be back to this store again.

This store is so neat & clean. All the employees are extremely friendly, their team work and dedication to their employees truly shines. I have yet to go to this location and had to wait for proper service, and the cash out process in the regular cash out area , self checkout and returns near service desk is incredibly speedy and accurate. I enjoy my trips to the Somerset Home Depot and recommend to all my co workers, family and friends.

The two Home Depot Associates I interacted with at the Somerset Store were on target with answers to my questions. In Flooring, Diana was exceptional. She not only knew where to look for answers, but also explained I should consider, to me as a Pro consumer, the bidding process for Pro expenses where I was thinking about wood flooring in the $4,000 range. I purchased 8 gallons of paint in the paint department. The two associates in that department were serving multiple customers with efficient ease and friendly outreach to the customers.
